“Great Place to Stay”

Hotel was very clean and people were ery helpful. Room was mainted very well and done early and fast. Very close to airport however the address on the website is incorrect. The street name changed to contact hotel if your using a GPS. The only complaint was the pool. Water was very cold and not in a normal refreshing way and i had to keep asking the front desk for towels to be put out poolside.

“Great Location for DFW Parking”

This was a great room for the price and the length of our stay. We had an early flight and this worked perfectly since it was right across the highway from the parking lot we used~literally 2 minutes away. We made it to the airport in plenty of time, as we did the last time we stayed here. The lighting in the room is nice since it comes on low during the night and then increases in intensity so if you need to get up for something, the lights don't blind you. We had a great room and a great short stay.

Hotel staff was great at check-in. Great airport hotel. Wasn't impressed with the food.

Stayed 3 nights, on ground floor. My room had a strange trap door in the floor near the entrance to room that was covered by the carpet. It rocked when I stepped on it??? Never investigated, but guessing some old utility access. The TV was a flat screen but no HD channels available. Workout facilities were ok. Did not check out the pool. The breakfast was your standard fare, omlette station, plus scramble eggs, bacon, sausage, etc... Not much to do in the neighborhood, nothing to walk too. Hotel is on alignment with Runway 17L, but thankfully it's a lesser used runway at DFW, so noise was not too bad.

“Airport Stayover”

We only needed a place to stayover for early morning airport shuttle . The staff was nice and helpful. The warm cookies were very nice! Wake-up call was spot on!

“New Years Experience”

Pleased with hotel when I got there. They forgot about my shuttle from airport even after I called them between flights. They rectified the problem by taking care of a cab for me.to the hotel. I did have a very comfortable bed.

Bathrooms are a little small. Room was clean....very much appreciated.

“Needs some help”

OK hotel over all but AC was loud, cycled to often and went cold to hot. Room smelled of smoke through the vents during the night? Had some of our luggage stolen from our truck in the parking lot.

close to the airport and the office, reasonable work out facility.
