“good for the budget traveler”
good value for the price. bar is a convient place to grab a drink but the food isnt that great
“One night stay”
Hotel was not real fancy on the inside. The outside was fine and was in the area of several hotels and eatting areas. For a quick one night stay it was perfect. It was very affordable and you pretty much get what you pay for. It was not the best maintained like clean hallways and floors around the hotel. It is the basic plain room to stay at for a good price. I would stay at again for quick nights stay but it is not a place for a family stay for a period of time.
“I survived”
The staff at the front desk was not professional, and made inappropriate remarks. The room smelled strongly of mold, and the air conditioner was leaking. There was dried blood on the pillows. The front of the television was stained by a gross coating of something, that I would rather not try to guess what it was.
“Attention to detail, customer service”
The customer wasn't that bad but more training is needed. The room was missing certain items, the pillows didn't have any pillowcases, no towels, soap, and tissue paper in the bathroom.
“I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Hotel considering the amount that I paid.”

“"not impressed at all"”
Staff was rude and uninviting. Were no help whats so ever. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Only nice thing was the diner down the street. Aspen Creek was the name and they were friendly and helpful too.
“decent hotel for value”
Good location, has pool and jacuzzi and an inexpensive breakfast ($3) for hotel customers. Only knock is housekeeping was lax in stocking proper amount of towels but when i brought minor issue to front desk they fixed it. Location was good as it wasn't right in city area but close proximity to dallas, arlington and fort worth areas.
“the worst hotel that i been too”
The 1 st they have me was dirty and carpet so stain.. the 2 nd room was occupied by someone already.. the 3rd room hadn't been service.. and the 4th room had no towels and no toilet paper. And when ask for some they never took some .. I had to go down there to get .
“None”
For the convenience to DFW airport, the hotel was great.
“Do NOT stay here!”
This was the scariest hotel I've ever stepped foot in and I absolutely do NOT recommend this place to anyone. When the cab dropped my friend and I off, a scary drugged up man outside said to the cab driver, "Thank you for bringing them here!" The woman at the front desk was friendly, but from the get-go, we got a creeped out vibe by the place. Our room was dingy looking and felt more like a motel room than a hotel room. It was musty smelling and I didn't even want to touch the comforters on the bed. When we left to go to dinner, we passed the laundry room, where a number of men were loitering. We then passed a few other shady characters before we came to the realization that people LIVED there! We passed the Hampton Inn on our way to dinner. On our way back to the hotel, we went into the Hampton Inn, bargained a decent price for a room, went back to the DFW Airport Hotel & Conference Center, grabbed our stuff and hurried over to the Hampton Inn. It was all we could do to avoid being assaulted. We did not feel safe in or around the DFW Airport Hotel. I would NEVER recommend that anyone stay there, regardless of how cheap it is. I didn't think it'd be a big deal since it was only one night, but the truth is I learned that I actually value safety over a good deal. The man at the Hampton Inn told us, "They've been trying to shut that place down for a long time." That sealed the deal for us - whether he was trying to get our business or not. DO NOT STAY HERE!
