“Great Hotel, Great Price”
Great hotel for the money - clean, friendly staff. Will stay on my next trip to Dallas.

“Very nice place”
Everything was great about the place except the bed. It was way too hard and it really bothered my back. Other than that the people were great, it was clean, and the surrounding area was good. There was even a Benninhanna's 5 mins away.
“You can never go wrong with a Courtyard by Marriott!”
Although this hotel was in more of an industrial area, there were adequate places to eat nearby as well as a drug store. It was conviently off of a highway and easy to access. I have always loved the friendly service, the Market and the free computer access at Courtyard. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The price was reasonable but I think you get more than your money's worth here!
“Excellent Hotel”
I picked this hotel for a weekend trip to Dallas with my wife for her birthday. It was mainly picked on the basis of price and it's location to several things we wanted to do. I could not have been more lucky in my choice. The hotel sits in a nice neighborhood with several restaurants within five minutes of the hotel as well as a gas station and pharmacy. Within a fifteen minute drive there are many other restaurants, including upscale dining as well as several areas to go shopping for any forgotten essentials or just for fun. The hotel itself was very nice with a nice inner courtyard and an indoor/outdoor pool and spa. There was free wi-fi and a nice little "store" inside the hotel where you could, again, get those little forgotten essentials if you didn't feel like stepping out. The staff was friendly and helpful and I could not have asked for a more enjoyable place to spend a weekend.

“First trip to Dallas”
I picked Courtyard because I had stayed at one previously & it was great, the only problem was that it was not close to the airport. Since I had never been in Dallas before, I needed some guidance getting a closer hotel.
“No room in the Inn.”
This is a newly remodeld hotel with a Modern updated lobby. I'm sure it is very nice, but I can not comment on the rooms becuase of unforseen mechical problems at the hotel prevented me from staying there. Marriott very nicely found us other accommodations, however, I'm still waiting for Expedia/Marriott to credit me for the unused room reservation.
“Would definitely go back”
The hotel was beautiful and everything was perfect. The room was spotless and the bathroom was too. The location was great, close enough to major freeways but far enough that you weren't right on them. It had a "neighborhood" feel to it and was surrounded by lots of places to eat, things to do, etc. Very convenient to drive into downtown Dallas, only took about 15 minutes without traffic. The lobby area was really nice, very contemporary and had a lot of seating, a snack bar, etc. We would definitely stay there again if we were going to be in the area.
