“Noisier than usual”

We stay at the DFW North Courtyard often; it's close to DFW, Grapevine, etc, and has great deals on weekends. For some reason the noise at DFW was much louder than normal. It was overcast and maybe that caused the use of alternate runways, but it was definitely more than expected. Still, it's a convenient and overlooked location worth using for weekends.

“Outstanding value, convenient location and great accommodations”

New renovations internally and externally have created a lovely ambience for this "business traveler" hotel. I don't normally associate business travel hotels with such wonderful accommodations but this was quite nice and I'll return to this hotel time and again for travel to Irving, etc. Loved having the bistro in the hotel with plenty of tables, lighting and nice selection of foods, wine and cocktails. Great concept to have such amenities within the hotel.

“Always a great deal”

We use this location for next-day flights out of DFW (very convenient) or weekend trips to the Metroplex. Friday-Sunday rates are excellent, as the hotel is generally not busy; it's mostly used by business travellers.

Area recommendations

McKinney is a hidden gem... the downtown is revitalized and easy to walk through. Great eating, shopping, even two wineries.

“Excellent value”

We booked 2 room for 2 nights and found our stay very pleasant. Hotel staff was very friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great which was a combination of hot items and continental stuff (although both mornings I found bread that was put out to be stale!). Waffles were awesome though. Overall we had a pleasant experience and we will stay there again when we visit dallas again!

“Great Location for DFW businesses”

If a business traveler needs a place to stay that is more like a local hang out than and hotel I suggest The Marriott Courtyard. People hang in the lobby with an adult beverage and eat at the diner for light meal. The rooms are good sized and quiet. The Internet access is simple and highspeed. Good value too.

This hotel is in one of the safest areas in Dallas and very close to DFW, Downtown Dallas, Love Field, North Dallas, tons of shopping and restaurants in Coppell, Irvinga and Grapevine.

“Nice place, very quiet”

The hotel staff was helpful and very polite and our room was clean and comfortable. Everything was easy to use or to get if we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

If you like outlet malls then grapevine mills is just a 10 minute drive west.

“Good family hotel”
