“Worst customer service ever!”

The night manager left my son and I at the airport even after we had arrived because we were there after 11.45 pm, the last pickup. The shuttle driver was there, and I heard him tell the manager that he could wait, but the manager told him to get back, I had to take a taxi. Can you imagine --- a guest is at the airport, and rather than using an existing resource, they pull it back at their own discretion. I thought Best Western was a "hospitality" provider. Terrible!

“Adequate for price”

Honestly, I will look elsewhere next time. Hotel is old, although kept fairly clean. Access to parking is restricted and difficult to exit premises. Housekeeping could be better trained/supervised. Corridors smelled of urine.

For a suite, we were not impressed since it needed to be vaccumed much better than it was. We kept finding "things" in corners & under the sink like a used tabacco chaw. No coffee mugs or any utinsils, yet it had a wet bar. The toilet water ran all night. However, the bed was comfy.

never got wake up call i requested , told maid i'd be leaving in 30 min. for my room being cleaned, said she'd come back , returned 8 hrs later to the same room. website said breakfast buffet it was a continental breakfast. if you walked around bare footed the bottom of your feet would be black. i'll pay extra and go to embassy suites down the road next trip out there

The hotel was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The internet worked well. The pool was OK. The staff took care of business well.

“Good Location in the middle between everything”

I stayed two nights in this hotel first night was booked through expedia.ca and second night i got price match from the hotel itself for the same price i paid expedia which was really amazing really worth the money for the location and the quality was good ,breakfast is not buffet dont know why in expedia it says buffet however it is american breakfast with very few choices ,location was the best there's a good asian buffet right beside the hotel and alot of fast food around the area ,plus a 24 hour walrmart facing the hotel,their service is bad i called to get more towels they asked me to go down since housekeeping was gone that was actually around 5 pm ,they provide a free airport shuttle but i didnt use it ,if u have a car its easy access to the highway and about 10 minutes walk to irving mall it took me about 15 min to drive to downtown dallas must see is the dallas world aqurium

“Was satisfied enough that I stayed there again later in the week”

I needed an affordable hotel close to the DFW airport and this one fit the bill for me. Clean, quiet and with courteous staff, as I was checking out I booked another night later in the week when I returned to Dallas. I was definitely happy with my stay here.

“Irving Convenience”

Nice room, well-maintained grounds, but pool not operational (it was too cold to swim anyway). Breakfast not exceptional but adequate.

Old hotel needing renovation but clean and worth the price.
