“Nice hotel for price and close to downtown...”

Hotel is nice, not very expensive. My first room was not very clean but the front desk quickly moved me another room. The hotel is in a great location.

I couldn't sleep there was constant noise and I had to call security.

“Great location for our convention”

Our stay at Best Western was an okay stay. There were a few small things that could be corrected but the staff was very nice and helpful. The location was fantastic for all the activities we needed to attend during our stay.

“Close to the Dallas Convention Center Worth the money”

We enjoyed our stay. Don't wait until the end of breakfast, they don't restock, so you will not have much to eat.

The receptionist on arrival was very friendly and we got checked in no problem. I was a bit disappointed that the hotel room wasn't inside the hotel itself but this is my personal preference. Our room was on an outside corridor which overlooked the pool. I was slightly worried about the surrounding areas and with security for cars but we had no problems with any beak ins and did see there was security cameras (I just felt the car park was dark in areas). I could hear people speaking through night but they were on vacation too, so this did not bother me and they did not wake our baby! I was disappointed we had no refrigerator or microwave in room but reception said i could use breakfast room microwave and they would hold any baby food milk in refrigerator behind the desk for me. Breakfast was beautiful. I was advised that they are in the process of redecorating this hotel. Cleanliness and comfort in the rooms were good and hotel was extremely handy for Dallas city center. It is a good hotel to use just to rest at night and to use as a base to get around Dallas. I would continue to use Best Western Hotels on my short trips away.

“VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!”

At check-in, the manager was very rude, as ii was told that i could not have a room, poolside for smoking, as was on the reservation!!!!. was put on the second floor with room overlooking pool, no patio with table and chairs or balcony. as per reservation. once in my room, there was no fridge or microwave. the room was cramped and crowded!! there was not enough parking for the 2 vehicles. when we arrived down for the "breakfast" @ 9:40 am, while making our first cup of coffee, lady started clearing everything and putting it away. we had to ask for the waffle mix to be brought back out.

“Would stay again”

The room was extremely clean and well kept. The continental breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was even though I advised of a feather allergy, the pillows were feather and when I requested replacements the front desk gave me two hand towels and told me to roll them up in the same pillow case. Obviously not allergy aware. Not the greatest night sleep but the hotel was worth the money spent.

The rooms looks like they have not been renovated from last 10 years at least

“Very Rude and uncaring”

Old but clean. Housekeeping staff was great. Breakfast and person taking care of it was very good. Day desk staff nice. Night desk person was very rude and condescending to my freinds and gests. Manager never returned my call to speek to me about the problem, did not care I gess.
