There were no washcloths in the bathroom, the body wash was nearly empty (or maybe just didn't work well?), and single ply toilet paper is like sandpaper.

The Hotel was nice. And the room was clean. The Breakfast in the morning is good. The only thing that we notice was the bathroom sink dud not drain well. But everything else was fine. Thanks Dean & Gale Riley.

There was a burst pipe when I checked in which they failed to mention until after the check in process was so there was no water for a couple of hours.

Unfortunately, our experience on this stay was not nearly as good as the last visit. We found dark stains on the pillow, trash behind the night stand, and the room smelled of cigarettes (non smoking room). We tried to relay this information, but we could not find an English speaking staff member before checking out. Probably will pass next time.

The sink drain was clogged. Front desk staff were kind and provided draino and also offered to pour it for us. I think they did the best they could. Housekeeping should ensure however that the drains drain properly after they have cleaned them to prevent this from happening in the future.

The fact that you put me in a room that had a nasty party the night before The front desk told me so when I made him com upstairs and smell it ! Stinky disgusting smoke an filthy smell. I will never stay there again. Had to Carry my luggage upstairs ! Come on now really Calling for service is stupid. Get rid of your door signs no one is going to disturb anyone anyways because there no service unless you call The only u have going for u is the 2 men at the front desk were very nice. The rest was CRAP

I love staying at Best Westerns. This one was the dirtiest inclusive the carpets, furniture, and walls. The carpet had debris and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. There was white stuff on the chair that looked like male bodily fluid and what looked like vomit on the wall/Walmart and phone cord. It was gross. Someone had a good time in this room, but it wasn’t me!! The towels were thin and small too.

The management of this property needs training on how to survive in the hospitality business. Never have we been greeted or treated so poorly. From rooms smelling of smoke to faulty locks and caustic attitude when trying to resolve the issues… Avoid this Best Western and go elsewhere, anywhere.

Dear Leonard, I am the front office manager at the hotel, and though I did not personally handle the situation, I was made aware. I am very sorry you or the guests you booked for, did not receive the care you had hoped. I am very proud of my staff and take pride in the work that they do every single day. Sometimes, there are situations we can not help. The room that you were in, it used to be an old smoking room years and years ago, this is something we have tried to manage. As far as the locks, they were not faulty, the batteries had died, and the young woman working Front Desk is not trained on how to change the locks. The General Manager was at urgent care when she called him to come help, and he came as soon as he could. Now, again, this is not the experience we had hoped for you, but as a business, and people, we are human and we expect to have guests understand that some times things happen that are out of our control. We do our very best. I hope you take care.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Spa was lovely after a long day of driving. My only thing was the young girl checking us in acted like she didn't like people in general what so ever. Really struggled to be engaging or friendly.

The bed was very hard!! Nightstands had a lot of dust on shelf and carpet edges not vacuumed. Price was high for the quality of the room. On the bright side a very good breakfast is offered with stay

They only had 1 person working so i had to wait about 5 minutes for them to come back from taking care of the property to get checked in. There was a homeless guy hanging around out front and smashing cans at 4 in the morning. There was no screen on the window. The light was out in the stair hallway for 2 days.

My daughter is at the nearby university and we visit as often as we can. We always stay here as it is clean, consistent and perfectly located. The breakfast is great with a good variety. It’s kept well stocked and clean. Always a pleasure.
