Rustic property at a reasonable price.
This hotel is in a beautiful area along a river outside of Malung, but the rooms are small and not particularly comfortable. It is a rustic property rather than a comfortable hotel. On the other hand, if one is looking for an adequate place to stay for a couple days at a very reasonable price, then this could be the right place. We hosted a dinner for 9 relatives in the dining room while staying here, and we were very happy with the food. Service is slow because there is limited staff, but we just wanted to spend time together so that was not a problem. For the quality of the food, the price was very reasonable. Breakfast is served in the same dining area, which includes a choice of indoor and outdoor seating, and it was fine. We asked about doing laundry while we were there, and one of the staff members did laundry for us for a reasonable charge.

Great place, superb service, nice location
Lovely location by the river, Sunday and the restaurant was closed due to day off. The Dutch couple operating the place said no problem, we’ll do our best. And they sure did, great dinner, variety of dishes and NICE. Further guests arrived after us and I’m not surprised if we were up to 20 from various couples visiting that had a great dinner. Kudos!!!! Superb stay and for sure on our map for the future

Nice place and helpfull staff
Nice (short) stay. I emailed the staff that I would arrive late and depart early. They had prepared breakfast for me and left for me in the refrigerator so I could have breakfast upon my departure. I found that to be a nice gesture.

Trevlig, vacker plats i enkel miljö. Stannade en natt inför Sälenbesök. Boendet svårt att kontakta pga fel nummer. Finns heller ingen Restaurang på boendet som aviseras, endast enkel frukost serveras.

Bra boende på genomresa. Smidig incheckning och god frukost. Stort och bra planerat rum och kylskåp på rummet. Städningen var inte helt ok på toaletten.

Godkänt boende med fantastisk utsikt.
Trevligt lugnt ställe. Rummet var ok, men viss renovering kan vara på sin plats speciellt i gemensamma utrymmen. Bra frukost med en fantastisk utsikt över älven.

Fint ställe, men behöver renoveras på sina ställen. Ok rum, service ok, men maten/frukosten var inte så bra. Tog lång tid att vänta på maten i restaurangen och det var inte värt priset. Hotellet behövde fräschas till, men det var rent. Fint lägen dock.
