“Great Experience!!”

The room was extremely relaxing with fridge, Microwave, flat screen TV, desk w/ free internet and comfortable bed and chairs. The AC was very quiet which is usually a pet peeve with me. The free morning breakfast is a definite perk. It is within walking distance to numerous places to eat and shop and just off the interstate but with no traffic noise. I will positively stay here again when I return.

The only problem is we did not have any soap in room - Had shampoo and things - she must have run out on cart and forgot

“Awesome hotel with awesome location”

This is my third time staying at this hotel and will not be my last. It is a great alternative to staying at the casino's, which can be very expensive.

I visited this hotel in April 04' and was extremely pleased. I've already been back twice since then and it's only May 04'. I highly recommend this hotel.

“One problem, but great customer service”

My son and I did have some issues with the air conditioner. The incident was reported. Because there were no other available rooms that night, my son and I stayed put (the termperatures were above 100 degrees in Biloxi). The following day the maintenance crew got a new air conditioning usit installed. The staff were very nice and really did work hard at helping us with the problem. The hotel did decide to give me credit back for the hot night. No more problems and nothing but kind, curteous, and smiling staff. It was a pleasant stay.

“Convenient and a good deal”

This hotel is a good choice if you want to save some money vs. the casino hotels. Its a $12, 5 minute cab ride to the Beau Rivage. Seemed to be new, staff was friendly.

“Windham Wingate Biloxi”

The hotel was very welcoming and clean. The staff was excellent in accommodating our requests; from a late check in, room switch to a king sized bed then to a late check out. We would definitely stay here again.

“Nice and convenient”

Hotel was very clean. Only problem we had was the check in clerk gave us the wrong time for breakfast so we were not ableto eat as we arrived after it ended. But is was very clean and a straight shot into Biloxi and the casinos.

The staff at this location was wonderful and freindly they should be used as examples to other chains on customer service. hotel in a great location plenty of shopping and resturants to choose from not far from the beach. Cant wait to return next year.
