“Economical hotel”

Conveniently located to the train station,shops, and bus station. Simple but traditional breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Overall, a nice, new, clean hotel.

“Excellent Staff, great room”

We stayed here 1 night to be able to get to Macchu Pichu early in the morning. The room was clean and roomy with a great view of the river. The manager actually gave us our choice of room, cuz this one was near the train tracks and some visitors had trouble with the noise. It certainly didn't bother us, and we enjoyed the sound of the river. A great breakfast buffet starts at 4am for those who want to walk up to MP.

“Jumping Off Point to Machu Picchu”

Very pleasant spot, and the three year old daughter of the desk clerk was a true heartthrob.

“Pleasant place to stay”

Keep in mind this hotel is located above the river and train station. The noise of the river and occasional noise from the rail yard maybe objectionable to some however we found it enchanting. The staff was sweet and helpful. Fresh fruit in our room combined with their warm greeting made us feel extremely welcome. Greeted by a simple but varied breakfast buffet set us up for our pleasant day of hiking Machupicchu.

“Nice place and close to station”

Stayed for one night visiting Machu Picchu, small little town so all hotels are with in walking distance to bus/train stations. This hotel is a 2 minute walk. Hotel has wifi, staff are friendly and have a small buffet breakfast. I would definitely stay at this hotel for the price!

“Clean, quaint, nice”

Nice place, clean, friendly staff, decent hotel breakfast with a great view from the room, smell of fresh air, nature and sound of waterfalls make it appealing to the senses.

“Stay here if travelling to Aguas Calientas or MP”

Didn't have a bad moment in this hotel. Apart from its location located close to the river (as the noise is loud of the river flowing), with the windows shut, it was barely noticeable. Staff were extremely helpful, and in once case, lending me his umbrella to make a quick dash to pick up bus tickets to MP. The breakfast starts early (in the vicinity of 4am) so for those who need to catch an early train or want an early start at MP, its perfect. Would definitely recommend to anybody travelling to Aguas Calintes or MP.

“Get what you pay for”

This was a fairly basic hotel, very close to the railway station, so you could hear the trains quite a bit, with friendly and competent service. The bathroom was fine, wifi worked, there was a new, smallish tv in the room and the breakfast (from 4 to 10) was ok. Wouldn't want to spend a lot of time there, but convenient and fair.

Good location, friendly staff. Zacarias was friendly and helpful. We were happy with their early breakfast.

“Clean, efficient and (mostly) quiet”

We were exhausted upon arrival and were very pleased to be checked in and shown to our room quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and airy and the beds very comfortable. Since Green Nature is near the edge of the town and away from the main drag, it was pleasantly quiet and restful. The next morning, we had planned to be at Machu Picchu for the sunrise, but since it was drizzling, decided to sleep in. At 5:30am one of the staff came around and knocked on doors to alert guests of the time for anyone wishing to reach the ruins before sunrise. A buffet breakfast was available in the dark and dreary lobby which included eggs, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee and bread. Overall, a perfectly fine stay.
