Stayed as LP Los Portales for our last two nights in Cusco. Got a fairly large, clean and quiet room at the back of the hotel. Staff were great and the free breakfast was good enough for us. It's a short walk from the main square which we actually preferred due to it's quieter location.

I would love to give this hotel a higher rating but the noise being stuck in an inside facing room was ridiculous. Anytime someone walked into the atrium I could hear everything they were saying. Beds are not comfortable at all.

The hotel is perfect as it’s centrally located. A short walk to town centre and Wanchaq station. The staff were very helpful from the reception down to the house keeping. I would recommend it.

Great Location
Great location close to everything we wanted to do during the stay. No air conditioning…. Start of summer. With windows open too much noise from restaurant and interior courtyard. Front desk brought us a fan, which helped somewhat.

Great property, convenient and clean. However, the front rooms sit right off a noisy street and with no AC you have to leave your windows open making it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, excellent visit.

10 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. Right across the street from another site (sun god). Overall a good stay. They don’t have AC, however, but does offer fan if asked.

Staff was accommodating and very friendly. Had a hiccup and it didn’t take long for them to resolve the issue and address it. Area was quiet compared to other areas of town around central square. Loved the center of the hotel where you can chill and have some tea.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. When our flight got canceled after we went to the airport, even though we had already checked out, we returned to the hotel and they stored our bags and arranged our transportation back to the hotel.
