“Treated with agreeable attentiveness”
Going up and down the hill between San Blas and the Plaza allowed us to burn enough calories so that we lost weight even though we ate and ate. The staff at the hotel were remarkably friendly and helpful. There are other Casa Andina hotels closer to the Plaza, but we were very happy in San Blas.
“Best hotel staff in Cusco!”
Casa Andina San Blas is a lovely hotel, great location, good rooms, and a beautiful courtyard. The best part of all is the staff - our bags were delayed arriving in Peru, and the hotel staff spent countless hours on the phone with Delta, American Airlines, LAN, and the Cusco and Lima airports to try to track them down. It took 5 days, but without the Casa Andina people on our team (we don't speak much Spanish), I'm not sure we would have ever got them back. Only downsides: very low water pressure in the showers and toilets are a little dodgy.
“Great Location, Safe, Beautiful Views!”

“Cuzco hotel.”
Good quality and friendly people. A bit off the beaten path, but taxis are really cheap in Cuzco.
“Hotel Andina Cuzco - satisfactory room and confort but too noisy”
The room is ok, even though the bathroom is quite old and worth a renewal. It's 10 to 15m walk from placa des armas (the center) up the hill. The hotel itself is quite charming, there is a patio in the middle from which you access to all the rooms. The downside is that this same patio brings a lot of noise to the rooms as each time a guest passes by, all the rooms can hear it quite well (I guess the bad insonorization doesn't help).
“super”
Accueil à la hauteur, chambre super, hotel bien situé.
“sehr netter Service”

Area:
Cusco, Peru: The Old and the New World intersect in Cusco: This fair city was remade in the image of Spain after conquistadors crushed the Inca in the 1500s. This colonial heritage is most evident at the Plaza de Armas, home to three baroque churches. To see the vestiges of the Incas, pass through the bohemian enclave of San Blas in the hills above central Cusco, and head north to the Sacsayhuaman fortress.
