“over priced,”

“Nice Attempt to Renovate an Old Hotel... Not Impressed at All”

Location and people were nice. Breakfast buffet was very very good. Rooms were not impressive. Linens were dirty, even bed sheets. AC unit had 2 settings, extremely cold or off. The casino was a joke, no craps at the table games, very disappointed. Beach and pool are nice. If I were to come to Curacao again I would stay at the Marriott down the street where its MUCH nicer.

“Next time I'll book it again. Nice beach, good diving, great beach cabana's, nearby Otrabanda”

We had a very nice stay. Personell very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. Had some very good pina colada's at the beach bar/restaurant! Very nice private beach, with the possibilty to dive. Dive shop at location. Did some very nice snorkling. Internal bay, not a lot of coral, mostly sand, but still lovely fish to see. Outside of the interal bay, 20 meters into open sea you have the first reeve, and a bit further the second reeve. Nice and helpful diving instructors. Nice hotel for (younger) kids. Game room. Beautiful swimming pool. For the adults there is a big casino. Lots of restaurants nearby (by car). Hotel rooms a bit outdated, but we had a loverly beach cabana with an amazing view and beautiful terrace immediately at the beach. Would recommend the cabana's # 8, 9, or 10. Closest to the beach/sea. Had a wonderful stay!! Would stay there next time we are going to Dushi Korsou!!

Loved Otrabanda. Lots to do at Curacao. Hooks Hut very nice restaurant, beach at Piscadera bay.Defenitely make a trip to the west and visit a couple of the beaches. cas a bau very nice to stay the day and also dive. Westpunt, Knip, Siete Boca all nice places that you should see. Sea aquarium, a bit expensive, but was worth every penny. Small aquaium, but nice (one on one) encounters with dolphins and sharks. Kids really enjoyed swimming with the dolphins.

Bedroom, was old, bathtub broken, maintanance was bad.

“Worn out. Stay away”

The hotel is worn out. Wires hanging down in hallways. Bathrooms are old and really bad. Reception staff really unfriendly, more interested in talking to each other than helping the customers. The only nice part of this hotel is the beach, nice sandy beach and not crowded.

“Bugs”

Bugs everywhere, air conditioning freezing and temperature control doesn't work. Staff is nice, but poor for information. Stay downtown, it will be easier.

The South end of the island is the tourist and well maintained area. The airport is fine.

Getting there

Airline maintenance is not very good there. So if your airplane breaks there you stay another night. Anticipate these delays. The good thing is the airline pays and sends you to a nice hotel.

“awesome stay”

I have been to the island a number of times and stayed here. Loved it and would highly recommend. People were friendly and went out of the way to make stay comfortable.
