This hotel is very nice and also very clean.people are friendly and helpful. We stay they twice in a row and feel pleasant and we certainly will recommend to anyone to stay. Only one suggestion is they should put a coffee machine in the lobby so people can use it because there is no coffee machine in the room

Checking in at 4:00 creates a large back up at check in time, especially if there is only 1 person checking in all the guests. Difficult to communicate with any staff not behind the front desk as most of them didn't speak english. I found the front desk staff to be very ill informed of the area in general. Such as where is Saratoga; is there a downtown Saratogage area worth wandering about; do you know where Mt. View Winery is? Staff should know this and the area around them and what there is of interest. There were no robes in our room, as advertised on the web site. We didn't know we needed a "key" to access the mini bar and this was never mentioned when we checked in. On top of this, there wasn't a bottle opener to be found anywhere in the room, had we used the mini bar facilities. Beds could have used more than 3 pillows. Usually there are too many ! No TV guide or hotel brochure in the room, usually a staple.

It was so tech!!! Even had AirPlay in the room!! The room was big and comfortable! Everything was neat and new, all design to rest well. The mattress was excellent!! I travel a lot and I really appreciate a good mattress. We were days before in a hotel a few blocks from there, and this is much much better in everything.

Back in the days of ranches and vineyards, Cupertino’s blossoms earned it the nickname “Valley of the heart’s delight.” It makes sense that Apple Inc. now calls the city home. Filled with tech industry and ample green space, the city’s attractions include the 64-acre Cupertino Square Shopping Center, the celestial Minolta Planetarium at De Anza College, and the annual Cherry Blossom Festival.
