Home from home
Two nights stay. Room was excellent spacious and comfortable, would have been nice to have a refreshed tea and coffee daily although plenty of tea and coffee. A couple of hooks to hang towels as they were not changed daily. But minor based on location size warmth and comfort.

Gorgeous room and excellent location
Great stay at Latimer House. We booked because of the brilliant price but wow it was an amazing room, one of the best I’ve stayed in, in the UK. There was a gorgeous second room with a lovely sofa. I wish we had stayed longer. Great location, very clean and easy parking which they were happy for us to use before check-in. Entry was keyless and didn’t require any effort.

A great find!
We really enjoyed our short stay at Latimer House. The bedroom (room 5) was roomy and very clean, as was the en-suite bathroom. Access was easy using the code provided, and the owner was very helpful when we rang her about parking. All in all, an excellent find and very reasonable, we certainly hope to return again!

Great location for strolling down to the lake and local shops/restaurants. Nice property and would stay again. However poor communication.Two texts and a message view Expedia all went unanswered. Additional parking area is not indicated. It is mentioned in the guest information in the room (a liitle too late at that stage).

We had a lovely stay at Latimer house - it was quiet and very spacious rooms. However rooms are not soundproof as claimed, there were stains on some of the towels & I thought it was expensive for the amenities provided.

Another wonderful weekend in Windermere
Fabulous position, great room and amenities our only criticism would be the lack of hot water to wash/shower - everything else was spot on and despite the water situation we would definitely stay here again.

Coach house
Great location and check in was easy. Very spacious with amenities such as tea/coffee making facilities and a stocked up minibar. The jet tub was a nice addition to the room and the bed was very comfy. The only trouble was there was a green light shining brightly from a box attached to the ceiling which made it difficult to sleep. However apart from this we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely and great location
The hotel is really lovely, well presented and modern. First hotel ive ever stayed at without a reception but it didnt affect the stay. There wasnt a wardrobe which was strange but for one night stay we didnt need one. The shower was confusing, if you turned it on fully, it was really cold and couldnt figure out how to get it warm. Location was great.

Really difficult to spot property from busy main road. Key safe on wall by door redundant. Keypad is through front door. Lovely big room. Bowness is a great town.

Perfect accommodation
We liked the way you let yourself in with the pin code for both your room and for the main door, it made it the stay very easy. Room perfect for what we wanted and there was good on-site parking. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to any friends planning to stay in the area.

lovely stay
the location was incredible and the room was insane. A heads up there is no smoking at all on the premises, even if you have a room with a courtyardy space. you can also not have any takeaways, so it's not a place for a quiet night in. it suited us perfectly for what we needed for one night, but due to these 2 conditions reckon it is just a night thing. the toilet saniflow scares you at first with the noise but the toilet was so incredibly clean and spacious.

I liked the fact it is an old character property but is renovated in a stylish way. It was tastefully decorated, warm and clean. The location was great with on site parking. Near to local facilities but far enough away to be nice and quite. The private patio was perfect and the size of the room and bathroom was a total surprise.

Disappointing house keeping and parking
Overall comfort great shower kept going hot and cold as seemed to be affected by water use in other rooms. Bathroom needs a towel rail and somewhere to put toiletries as no cupboard or shelf for this. Asked for extra milk sachets by text as instructed was told no house keeping until 10.30 am so we had to go out for milk so we could make a drink - when I chased up the milk later was told it had been left on hall table. No attempt was made to clean our room on second day of our stay. We had to park on a nearby street as it was unclear where the overflow car was.wouldn’t stay here again as felt ignored really

Cosy new year's break
We stayed in The Coach House which was lovely warm and cosy. It had all you needed for a short stay. The sitting room area was ideal, nice to have the space, the bedroom had a low ceiling so if you are tall mind your head, thw bathroom was spacìus and had a spa bath ideal after a days walking Parking was onsite and with it being the bank holiday we were able to park near the door which was a bonus The location is good, short walk (5-10 mins down to the bars, restaurants and the lake. The host was welcomng although with it being a short stay our room wasnt serviced while we were there but we were left with plenty of towels etc

Comfortable
Really comfortable accomodation, shared bathroom that I did not pick up when I booked but it was no problem at all. They also accommodated a slightly earlier checkin which was really helpful.
