Lacks general maintenance and upkeep. Staff is very nice—most redeeming quality of the hotel. It looks like in years past it was a nice place, but now shows a lack of overall maintenance and upkeep. Rooms need to be Painting and caulking, bathroom fixtures are in need of replacement, and the bedroom components look worn and dated.

Our TV didn’t work. By the time they got it to work and reboot, we missed most of our favorite show. Then, when I tried to change the channel, it went all crazy again. 😞

The staff was friendly. The sheets had stains, bathroom had mold on the wall, bottom of bathroom toilet and floor around it wasn't clean. The breakfast buffet was good!

First, the good things: the staff was nice, the food was good, and the bed was comfortable. But, the room smelled like urine like a nursing home, the carpet was dirty, there were stains on the bedspread, curtains, and lampshades, the walls were all scuffed up, the desk chair faux leather surface was completely worn off the arms and part of the back, there were holes in the walls, the toilet paper rack was broken, the wall was rotting in the bathroom, as well as the material below the shower, and there were ants and roaches in the room.

Everything was good and the workers were really nice. Only thing the doors stick and the above locks are broken. The blankets smell like cigarette smoke. All in all it was a good stay and convenient for people who are working Rock the South.

If you are considering this location, don’t bother, drive the extra miles to the next town. The place is nasty, dirt on the walls, carpets half vacuumed, light fixtures broken and in disrepair. Furniture had food crumbs from prior guest.

The staff was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very very good. On the other hand, the pool was not working, and filled with a dirty muddy water. The air conditioner for the second floor common areas seem to not be working at all, the room unit was working, but it was noisy. The bathroom door would not close all the way, the toilet did not work correctly. You could tell that regular maintenance was not being performed. Fine for a one night stay, but I would not want to spend a week here.

Nice Hotel
The staff was very nice, they show you the room before you pay. It was very clean and well kept. Nice lobby and breakfast area. I was disappointed the pool was out of service so our son couldn’t swim.

It is called "QUALITY INN" but it's better to call it "QUALITY POOR". I regret choosing this hotel. Reception desk lady looks like she just come out of a nap. The loby is very poor decorated, plants almost died. Desk chair in room was broken; the towels are 10 to 15 years old; they are not white but gray, breakfast very poor, no rolls on sunday, the beacon was half burned. The breakfast is a Dollar store buy. All in all very very poor! Again, I .regret staying in this QUALITY Ipoor hotel.

Room was filthy. Ashes everywhere. Some type of food or drink splatter all over the walls. Table had random hairs on it and some type of powdery white substance. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. The rate for the room doesn't match the quality. It wasn't very clean. The towels had spots on them. One good thing, it was conveniently located near Wallace State CC. Next time I will just drive from B'ham. Very kind staff!

Do not stay here!!! We were in a road trip pilgrimage to the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament, thus were only seeking a clean and comfy place to sleep for one night, and not something more fancy. This is the most disgusting hotel/motel I have experienced in my life. Stained toilets, filthy carpets, extremely old and overused towels, smell of humidity, unsafe environment. Additionally no breakfast available by 6:45 am as everything appeared to have been taken already and was not replaced by staff. This place is a scam for the amount charged.

Room was filthy and full of bed bugs!!!! Took photos and cancelled room after they attempted to get us a better room and that room didn't even have a functioning door knob on the door. There were four other couples cancelling there rooms in the short time we were there for the same issues. We were told we were not going to be charged and we were!! So now I have that to deal with on top of having to move to a much more expensive hotel for our stay in Cullman. Hopefully this will be corrected immediately!!

At the time, you were staying with us,  If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that it will clean room and we are in process of replacing slowly but surly. Don’t stay here
The toilet didn’t work & we had to fill the tank with water from the bathtub to be able to flush. The floors really needed to be cleaned.
