“A brief but enjoyable stay”

A stay at the Cullen Bay hotel has been an ambition since childhood when my camping Boy's Brigade peers & me used to pass it on a day & daily basis. The hotel always looked so imposing & comfortable, particularly since we were accommodated in bell tents & slept on straw palliasses ! I have retained my memories for some sixty odd years & so when the opportunity arose to stay there, recently, I could not resist the impulse. Sadly, it was only a very brief overnight stop but I shall return. I found the staff both friendly & helpful & the food nicely prepared & served: my room was clean & comfortable.

“A perfect setting”

It was a lovely sunny evening and the hotel could not be better situated to take in the fantastic views over Cullen Bay. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the food delicious. Would definitely consider a return visit - hopefully not on business!
