5/5 Excellent
"The staff were extremely helpful, patient and friendly nothing was too much trouble. The valet parking was a fantastic plus with someone with mobility problems with the concierge going down to my car on two occasions for things I had forgotten. The food was delicious in all the venues we used especially The Grill. The shuttle bus is a great asset."

"Fantastic stop over for a concert at ICC Wales. Hotel was such amazing value and quality that I would return again just to stay there for a night even if not going to the ICC!"

"Had an executive suite. Was an excellent price and room and bathroom were lovely and clean. The only thing that let this room down was the net curtains at the window which were dirty / mouldy.
Upon opening the net curtain it revealed a very rotten window frame. But the price of the room was so cheap. Couldn’t really complain "

"Everyone works here is friendly and cosy decor overall, quiet and quite green made it very relaxing stay. Breakfast was nice with small attention to details like removing excess oil of fried egg with bread bottom lining was a particularly nice touch. Overall it did not feel like staying at a typical chain hotel. Not for anyone prefer to stay at modern and flashy place as building is dated, if not highly recommended, never write review myself normally but this place deserves a good review."
