We were in Cincinnati for the weekend to visit the Zoo and go to a Reds game. We had never stayed at a Wingate, and we were very impressed. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious and confortable. We had stayed at a downtown hotel on our last visit, and liked this hotel MUCH better (and it was half the price!!). We will definitely stay at this hotel and other Wingate hotels in the future.

“One of the Best with Exceptional Customer Service!!!”

Our 5 day stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff quickly took care of concerns we had re a smoking guest and changed our room. Our room was clean, smelled fresh and spacious. Everything about our stay was exceptional. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices. The front desk staff bent over backwards for me our last night there because I had a migraine and couldn't attend our last conference session. One of the staff brought me up some hot water and oatmeal since I wasn't feeling well, which was unexpected. Also, I left my expensive camera in the room after we checked-out, and I didn't realize it until after I was home 6 hrs away. They found the camera in the head housekeepers room on Sunday and called to inform me that it would be mailed out first thing Monday morning - Praise the Lord!!!

“Look No Further”

The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Only about 10 minutes from Cincinnati. I was thrilled with the breakfast selections... I had the impression that it was going to be a big breakfast buffet yet it still it was delicious and plentiful. I felt safe in the area. There are more than enough restaurants and points of interest in the general vicinity. I had left a few items in the room the staff was kind enough to have put those items aside for me. That was very nice of them Only snag was there was only 2 carts available for the hotel and that was not quite enough for a hotel of this size. Especially when there is a convention in town.

“Favorite Hotel”

We first stayed at this hotel shortly after it openned, about 2 years ago. It has remained as nice as it was then -- very clean, friendly and accomodating staff, and the best breakfast buffet ever. We stay there often.

We were in the Cincinnati area only one night--attending the finals for the men's tennis tournament--and decided to stay on the Kentucky side of the river. Good choice!

“GREAT Hotel”

From earlier reviews I knew it was a good hotel, what I got was GREAT! The rooms were very comfortable, beds clean and beautifully made. They have nice pillows & plenty of them, the beds were new and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly & the sundry rm was a life-saver. The breakfast was fabulous. Everything from biscuits& gravy to yogurt (eggs,bacon,waffles,FRESH fruit,cereal,juice) was more than I even expected. I have 3 kids, 5,6& 14, so they all like different things. They all ate til full so we didnt have to stop to "finish" breakfast . There are restaraunts just a little ways from the hotel for the rest of the day as well. This was by far the best overnight stay I have ever had in a hotel & I have already made plans to return this summer. I highly reccomend this hotel to everyone.
