“Nice room, nice staff, warm water”

This hotel was very nice. The free airport shuttle was fast, and the hotel is close to the airport. The lobby is nice and the decor and condition of my room was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the temperature of the room was steady and responsive. The gym is small but had what I needed including a TV to keep me occupied while I ran on the treadmill. My only complaint about the hotel was the lack of hot water in the shower. The bathroom sink had plenty of hot water. The shower was not even hot enough to tolerate standing under. I called the front desk and at first they told me that maintenance would be in at 10 am. It was 8 am when I called and I had places to be! So I let them know I needed a hot shower before 10 am (or whenever the problem was fixed!) A nice man (manager?) came up to check out the shower and determined that yes, indeed, the water was not hot. He kindly gave us a key to another room in which to shower. My traveling companion opted not to shower in the alternative room because it didn't have the same accessibility features. I showered in the alternative room but even that didn't have super hot water. We enjoyed the hot breakfast, then checked out. I was disappointed that the hotel didn't offer me a discount on my stay for the inconvenience of having to shower down the hall. However, I didn't complain further nor ask for any kind of discount. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and staff was very nice.

Hotel staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly. Acommodations were far above expectations for such a great price. New, modern, clean & comfortable facility, pool was clean. Buffet breakfast wonderful!

“My go to hotel in Northern Kentucky”

I will stay at the Wingate every time I visit the area. I have never had a bad experience at this hotel. The staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean.

“Love the Wingate Hospitality.”

We were attending a wedding, and we chose the Wingate over the many other hotels in the area due to our past experience at the Wingate in Parkersburg, WV. The hotel was great! I particularly love the bed linens. Personally, I'd love to own one of those comforters! The suite was very roomy and very quiet. Breakfast was quite good with a nice selection of food to choose from. My only complaint, which I voiced at checkout, was that the water in our suite was only warm. I love a hot shower, and I only got a warm one, but we will continue to stay at the Wingate chain.

“Nice place to rest for the money.”

I stayed in this hotel for one night one a business trip. The hotel itself was located reasonably close to Cincinnati airport and has ample free parking (as many hotels do in this city). The lobby was welcoming and spacious. Service was quick. The room was very neat with contemporary decor (looked recently renovated). Large flat screen TV, comfortable bedding, nice open view to the outside (nothing great on the outside though...). The best part was the hot breakfast which is complimentary and unmatched by any other hotels for this price. If I had to visit here again I would definitely consider staying here.

“Relaxing and Quite by the freeway !”

Three days of racing at Kentucky Speedway is what drew us to this Erlanger Kentucky hotel. My wife (not a race fan) endured the entire weekend only because of the staff and comfort of the Wingate by Wyndham. We visited 3 months in advance just to get a tour and everything was as promised. No freeway noise, no noise from the floors above, and the most comfortable king bed you can imagine. A better than average breakfast at no extra cost. They really respect a "do not disturb" sign but quickly addressed all request. Tucked away on a cul-de-sac allows easy access to area attractions and food and shopping. I am not a regular traveler but when the better half is happy I know I made a great choice. Thanks to all at Wingate by Wyndham of Erlanger Kentucky !

“Very comfortable”

This hotel was very pleasant. It was very clean and all furniture and equipment was up to date and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times of the day or night. The free breakfast was good with many choices to select from such as the fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, wide selection of juices, etc. The pool and hot tub are both indoors and can be used regardless of the weather. There were sundry items for sale featuring various health and beauty aids as well as snacks and beverages. This was overall a very positive experience and we would definitely stay there again.
