Tv didn’t work, toilet kept running, toilets also flushed loudly as our neighbors flushing sounded like it was in our room, the room wouldn’t cool properly or evenly making it hot under the covers, and the pool was cloudy. Also, the Wi-Fi password wouldn’t work and they had to give me the “code” instead which did work. The issue with this is that the staff seemed to be aware of the issue but the company wasn’t doing anything to fix it, so why not just give the code out to begin with and save everyone some time. The staff was helpful and friendly enough and the breakfast was “meh” for fake eggs and frozen sausage and ham. Overall, the stay was fine as I find most of these things to be rather minor issues.

This airport hotel is only a short drive from the CVG value parking. It is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is only OK, but the staff seems nice.

We enjoyed the breakfast being available till 10 given we often are late check-ins and sleep a little later. Nice options and good coffee. Front desk staff were great.

Nice but not worth the price paid.
The hotel is very nice and clean, and the location is great. Unfortunately we weren't told that there is no room service with the stay (NO new towels, bed made, trash cleared, room clean, etc) even though we stayed 2 nights. The pool is TINY so if there's more than one family there forget it. Breakfast was a chaotic nightmare. The flow is off and the food so-so. Not worth the price paid for sure.

I apologize that your stay wasn't a 10 out of 10. Housekeeping services since Covid have changed and I apologize the desk staff didn't inform you. We can't change the design of the pool and yes breakfast can get busy especially when we are sold out.

No shuttle service before 5:00 am.
We chose this hotel because we wanted to have the shuttle service to the airport. I called to verify that this was an option only to discover that the shuttle was not available until after my flight boarding time. There is a sign on the check in desk. Not acceptable

Our shuttle runs from 5am-12am, it has always been this way we've never had a 24 hour shuttle or a shuttle before 5am, I'm sorry you didn't verify this prior to making your reservation.
