The fact that they are using Covid as a terrible reason for not having even a coffee machine available had to walk thru bushes and thru back yards to a gas station to get a cup of coffee then walk across a four lane road to get some breakfast. Never again

High points: comfy bed, a/c, tv; low points: musty odor, black mold on bathroom sink, wet/slippery bath floor on arrival, sticky carpet, side chair had large holes in upholstery, several light sockets were missing bulbs, area outside was scary and lacking any efforts at beautification. Overall, it was not up to Baymont/Wyndham standards. Low price/poor value/just cheap.
We stayed here for one night after visiting the ark encounter. It is located about 35 minutes away from the Ark and 15 minutes away from the museum. There were plenty of places to eat as well as a great movie theatre near by. However- I wish we had stayed one of the other hotels in the vicinity. This hotel was located on what felt like a back parking lot. My expectations were not too high- as o did read reviews but I did fall victim to the name “Wyndham” that was stamped next to it- and obviously set my standards too high. Right away,
I did not like that anyone could easily access the hotel from the numerous exterior doors that were unlocked. The Hotel itself was extremely dirty- floors that had not been cleaned, vacuumed, etc. photos indicate a updated and modern vibe but this is far from reality. Our room itself also felt/smelled dirty - low moldy- popcorn ceilings with dirty carpet and baseboard peeling from the walls. The air conditioner was not up to par at all- a wall unit that couldn’t seem to cool the room- just make it feel even more stuffy. Our bed was a king size and had four small pillows (smaller than a standard sized pillow) and after seeing the hotel and our room- I just truly didn’t trust it was “clean”
I couldn’t help but inspect a little further and noticed there were no pillow covers on the pillows aside from the cases and the pillows were stained brown.
Please don’t make the same mistake we did in trying to save $40- it wasn’t worth it!
The young man at the front desk was extra helpful and polite.

Security is awful. None of the entrances lock and there were people sleeping in their cars and hanging out in the parking lot at all times if the day and night. Room was decent but bathroom was extremely dirty. Staff was friendly
The room was a non smoking room, but you could clearly tell someone smoked in it. It was very damp, had a patched hole in bathroom, the room didn’t seem very clean.
It is dirty! The room was very damp and all the bedding wet from the dampness. When I asked for dry bedding, they only brought sheets. When I liftes the sheets, the mattress cover was NASTY and had other people's hair on it.
Breakfast was non-existent, but for a few twinkies.

Enjoyed the stay had to have staff come and get me on internet twice. Then I tried again and couldn’t get back on so I just gave up. The shower chair was old and wobbly and there needs to be a bath mat in shower to keep from slipping. The room was little small to get around with walker but bathroom was big enough.
Clean hotel, in good shape, much better than it's east Louisville version. Just had a mischievous employee unplug the charging cord for my battery, but other than that, no complaints.

7 rating way too high
I chose this hotel based on its overall rating, price and proximity to Cincinnati. I’m shocked there were positive reviews. This hotel is mostly clean, worth the price for a comfortable bed and a warm shower and an adequate breakfast. There was an apparent roof leak and many rounds of touch up painting done poorly. Beard trimmings on the shower wall and stains on the lamp shades. The door also had to be forcibly closed to insure it locks. Just some really poorly finished renovation and repairs showing this hotel doesn’t get quality maintenance. It’s an awkward stay. Price too high for the quality.
Very generic. The hallways and bedroom were very antiquated. Bathroom tub was moldy and ceiling was peeling off. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff.

Okay to sleep - Wouldn't stay again
Upon check in I was told to drive around to the back as my room was through door labeled C. It was wide open propped open by a garbage can. There was a green escalade out back with a guy throwing beer cans out of his trunk into the garbage and then looked like he was taking a nap in his truck. As a woman in my 40's traveling alone this was veru disconcerning. When I told MGT he just laughed it off like whatever. Later on , a police officer was called to the room down the hall.. I was told it was an accidental "911" call but I think that was a coverup. Both of my keys stopped working so I was in the hallway. I asked the cop point blank if I should be staying there and he told me that if I could get my money back and stay some place nicer he would. Overall my room was clean, it was a place to sleep but safety was lacking. The next day, I guess someone was working on the building but he had his family with him, they were hanging out in the truck, little kids running behind the building and a puppu running around and into the parking lot on occassion. The building itself is old and outdated, I wouldn't say it was the worst place, but I don't think I would prefer to stay here again especially since my concerns weren't taken seriously by management.
For the price, the condition was probably one of the worst we’ve been to and we travel often. Holes in the bathtub, the bathtub faucet wasn’t even attacked to the wall. The whole thing came almost totally off turning the shower off. Bathroom electrical outlet came out of the wall. It just needed so much work that needed put into it.
The staff was extremely helpful. I left an old pillow in the room that I am very attached to. They promptly returned it to me by mail. Very appreciative of them for this.
Arrived extremely tired and went straight to bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds comfortable, especially pillows. Slept thru breakfast. Quiet.

It was easy to find after exiting the highway with easy check in and an extremely helpful manager to help us with the problems we encountered in our room. The cost for the room was extremely reasonable, but every surface was dusty, dirty or moldy..Then we found ants crawling all over the night stand next to the bed. That's when we called for the manager. He moved us to another room and had us inspect it before we moved.Except for the broken door lock which he fixed right away, the 2nd room was acceptable. This property is extremely run down and in need of major repairs. The staff was very nice, but I would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone I know.
Its ok for a night but would stay there longer. Beds were ok but overall cleanliness was lacking. I was charged extra for using a debit card as deposit that took days to refund back to account.
Decent place for a quick stay in the Florence Kentucky area. Room was spacious enough. Bathroom was decent. Bed was firm, but the pillows were the smallest cubes I have ever seen for bed pillows. They looked more like throw pillows.
