The check in process has been easy, and the view from our room has been great as well. Family friendly and a little walking area behind us with the Reds and Bengals stadium just right across the river. We will be staying here again for sure.

Our room was beautiful, but it took over an hour for it to be ready after check in time, and the elevators would shake and sometimes not open so we chose to take the stairs which was difficult with an infant and small child. Our dinner was undercooked and made us ill.

The room was spacious for our family and breakfast was great! The staff were all helpful and kind. Unfortunately the rooms had an unpleasant smell of cat urine, mold and sweaty locker room.

The worst stay ever. Still waiting for the manager to call me. I emailed him with pictures of the disgusting bedding conditions and let them know of how unclean the room was. They moved us to a new room but, I questioned everything after that. The staff was rude and no one knew when any of the managers would be in or available. Customer service was horrible. Very disappointing because the location was great, but that’s it.

We loved the river front room. Rm 527 the vent was not covered upon arrival. Suddenly the door came open and a guy with filters walked in to replace the filter and vent. No knock on the door he came in with a master key, no apology or making sure it was ok once he saw us in the room. Luckily we were dressed and I wasn't alone. Toilet seat loose, kept twisting around, mirror light in bathroom only worked at the bottom so bathroom dim. It was hard to see how to apply makeup. Ice bucket full of water from previous guess no new ice bag, no soap in shower gel container, No one for Valet parking Sat at 3p. Directions were not clear for parking we ended up in the wrong building with our luggage. Staff were all very friendly, nice and accomodating: front desk staff, bar, breakfast buffet and others. The staff to clean rooms didn't seem to understand English so asked for shower gel and she brought hand soap after my trying to act out what was needed but she was nice and tried to accommodate us. Yes I would stay here again.

The hotel was very nice, all staff was kind and helpful. The only thing that was confusing was the parking garage, but if you pay attention to the signage, its a little easier to find the entrance to the hotel from the parking garage.

Needs to be updated tremendously very old needs uptake smelled moldy in my room… It was like this now old motel or Howard Johnson’s not what I expected at all. I almost just bit the bullet and stayed somewhere else.

The reservation was easy any personal pleasant. Breakfast and happy hour very good as always In Embassy Suites This location was clean but in need of updating. The staircase from the lobby to the street level is in need of repair. It is dangerous due to loose tread front. I did report it.

When we made the reservation I am sure we selected connecting rooms, that was the reason I chose Embassy. When we got there, we were advised that we would need to pay for a second reservation. The hotel is showing signs of aging… the pool was ok, pretty moldy around but the water was clean. Kids slept on the TV room and had a horrible time due to noise outside of the room… Parking is not free, food from service was dry and expensive for the quality. Breakfast was very good with fresh made omelets… Overall it was ok.

Family Friendly, On the River Hotel
Chelsea at the front desk was incredible! We got a room upgrade that had 2 bedrooms in it, which was nice, considering we traveled with 4 kids! The free breakfast buffet was good, fresh food--bacon, eggs, bagels, toast, omelets, cereal, and a variety of other foods. The 2 free drinks and free appetizer per adult at the bar was something my husband and I really enjoyed! All the staff was friendly and welcoming. Now, the only things I noticed were the fountain downstairs wasnt working and took away from the appeal of the lobby and I'm professional cleaner, so the dust on the walls behind large furniture, excessive stains on the chairs at the table in the room, and the vents caked in dust were an eyesore to me, but didn't affect the quality of our stay. The beds were a little too firm, but it was just one night. The view from our window was breathtaking to us, coming from a very small town to watching a city that never sleeps out of the window was mesmerizing.

Stay was a short overnight but always great hospitality and comfort at the embassy. This time our heat was not working in our room and rather than move us to a different room they ensured we had heat for our room for the night! It was 11° farenheit out that evening so having heat for comfort was critical. Thank embassy! Until next time!

Hubby's weekend Birthday..
The place is nice. People friendly. The breakfast was awesome. Parking was good. I had an awesome veiw of Cincinnati. The room was nice but it did have some things that needed attention, but nothing to worried about. We had a great time. I will come back to this place..

While the staff was very helpful, the hotel is a run down and prettt dirty compared to most ES. It might be because they are short staffed but it also looks like the building hasn't been kept up for quite some time.

My wife and I experienced a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent and the people were very friendly. However, here is Tyler when I went to take a shower, the hot water was not working well.
