My son enjoyed our stay at this hotel for our Bengals game. Staff was very friendly and helpful,great food was within walking distance as well as the game, and the rooms was nice and clean and spacious

The check in guy was so sweet and helpful. We went to a concert and he gave us a number to someone that would take us and bring us back! Rooms were so nice! Thanks for giving us a relaxing night! We'll be back!

Awesome weekend!
Great hotel and location. We were pleasantly surprised. Went for the Bengals game and could see the stadium from the window. Shuttle picks you up right in front for a buck. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of food options within walking distance. This will be a yearly stay.

Great Hotel within Walking Distance to Paycor
We chose this hotel for its proximity to Paycor Stadium for a Cincy Bengals game (we actually walked there so did not have to deal with stadium parking/traffic). The hotel was clean and had a nice lobby area. Our room was quiet and the window treatments kept the room nice and dark, even at sunrise. Comfortable beds, large TV, and good shower water pressure were all appreciated.

There was a children’s event nearby and the lobby was crazy with children everywhere yelling and making a mess. There were also children running up and down the halls until after midnight

Stayed for one night with our toddler, in a 1bdrm suite. Appreciated that it was a true suite with the bedroom separated by a door, so we could still hang out and watch tv in the living room after she went down to bed. Were on the 7th floor and still heard a bit of traffic noise but pretty quiet Check-in and out were both quick and the employees pleasant. Rooms were clean, albeit bathroom a bit dated Parking garage on-site was nice, appreciated that there were so many fast food places & restaurants nearby it was so close to Newport on the Levee

Check-in........Walked into room, TV on, Bedding not changed, towels on the floor, bathroom not cleaned. Back downstairs.....new room, walk in, start unpacking, find dirty underwear on the bed. Needless to say, a little uneasy and little confidence in the cleanliness of this property. Manager offered a $50.00 credit on a $750.00 2 night stay. The look on my face must have said something as the clerk immediately said she could do more and took another $50.00 off immediately, and handed me the Managers card and said you could call him later. Honestly, this approach to trying to make it right is a little insulting and unprofessional. "Offer the family $50.00 and if they ask for more, give them another $50.00". Just do the right thing from the beginning and offer a 1-night stay on Marriot. As a Marriot Bonvoy member....what's the point of loyalty. This weekend I am at another Marriot property for 2 nights and if I could change it, I would. Be cautious and careful! Todd

Over all the the hotel was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the room was larger than I expected and very clean. The only down side was there was no hot water on our last morning for a shower.

Staff was helpful and thoughtful. But the property is showing wear and needed better cleaning of windows, elevator areas and outside sidewalks and parking deck stairwells (dirty and/or stained). Area surrounding the hotel is questionable and a railroad line runs near the hotel.

We werent in the hotel a lot as we were only there one night to attend a reds game. Hotel was convenient for that if still driving to game, but wasnt worth the price. I’d rather pay a little more and be in downtown Cincy and walk to game. Room service also opened our room door an hour before checkout time without knocking first. That should never happen. Manager at front desk said she was glad we were awake when it happened. Didn't cause a big issue for us but just a little before we had showered and were getting dressed so it could have. Overall the hotel served our purpose, but it wasnt worth the price as everything was pretty average and the area around it was not real nice.

We slept so well hear - the blinds didn’t let any light in, the beds were comfy, and the air conditioning worked really well. Great location - we took a short drive to Newport on the levee and were also close to a lot of food options. The breakfast (for purchase) at the hotel was really good too.
