“Country Inn & Suites Rocks!”

The front desk staff made all the difference. We were in town for the NCAA tournament up in Dayton and they came through with advice (get to Dayton before 3pm & rush hour), where to eat, what to do and they even brought us over to the car rental return that night so we wouldn't have to rush in the morning. Just really sweet and considerate.

Great hotel that was close to Cincinnati. Would go back there again if traveling down that way again!

“Much better than expected”

Comfort of bed awesome. People cleaning rooms did great job! Pool was never crowded, which meant it was a personal pool for my kids. Complementary breakfast was the best I have every encountered bar none.

“very impressive staff”

We stayed here so we could leave our car while we were gone on a trip. Everything was clean and in good condition. The guy at check-in was friendly and helpful, the girl who drove the van to the airport [at 5 am] was also. But the above and beyond part was when we returned to find our car coated with 6" of hardened ice. The girl who picked us up in the van insisted on getting her ice-scrapper and went to work on the ice herself. Then the desk clerk came out on his way home [this was after midnight] and got his ice-scrapper and helped too. We would never stay anywhere else.

We had a lovely room, in good condition with great service. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows wwere very meaty - good to hug!

“Fantastic Hotel, Cincinnati Airport”

This is an overall, great hotel to stay in. I have stayed there twice, and on both occasions have been completely satisfied. Hotel rooms are new, clean, and well kept. Staff has always been accomodating and friendly. I travel through the Cincinatti airport, (I have business in KY), and will definitely be staying at the hotel again soon

“Confortable stay with friendly staff”

Hotel staff was very accomodating when we arrived in town earlier than expected. Included continental breakfast had good variety and staff kept up with cleanup and replenishment as guests moved through. Only negative was housekeeping forgot to replenish the drinking cups in our room, and missed removing a used washcloth.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The airport shuttle was great! A lovely place to stay!

“Great Little place in the Country”

Really nice place, it was really a suite with a little kitchen area and room that was separated by a door. The pickup from the airport was free yet still prompt and polite. There is also a pretty nice breakfast included in the morning with waffles. The only bad part was the fitness room was not so great.

“Terrific service!”

My flight got in at 11:57 PM and I was going to pick up my car at the body shop the following morning. Great service at the airport; room was wonderful. Breakfast bar the next morning was nice.
