“Good value”
Easy to find from the Motorway. Pool and Sauna facilities were a bonus and the room was very pleasant. Unfortunately we managed to book in on the same night a company christmas party had booked in but the festive fun didn't seem to go on too late. Generally a good trip and would recommend the facilities to others.
“Perfect at a Great Price”
I booked this hotel some months in advance as I was due to attend the Supreme Cat Show (Crufts for cats!) at the NEC the next day. As a disabled person I needed to rest after my 130 mile journey to the Midlands. There is now a charge for my my cat but I felt it was a fair price, unlike some other hotels, although other hotels still do not charge for cats unless the damage the room or soil it. Everything was as I expected for this hotel (I try and stay here every year), service was good, friendly staff and a lovely cosy room. As always, I feel that the cost of the wi-fi internet extortionate for 24 hours access, although I would not have been much happier with 12 hours at half the price. Slept well on a very comfortable bed. On the whole a great hotel and only 20 mins drive from the NEC.
“Good hotel but let down by costs of extras”
The hotel and service were good but unfortunately I will not stay here again due to the costs of the extras. Internet costs £16 for 24hrs, which is just absurd, and I found the food and drink expensive, price certainly doesn't match the quality.
