“Holiday Inn”

The Hotel receptionist ( a gentleman) when we checked in was lovely and really helpful he suggested things to help our stay before we even thought of them the room was nicer than expected and felt clean - althought the bed was dipped in the middle and it felt like we were sleeping on a slope and woke up with back ache every morning. the staff were always helpful and we have a problem with the tv and a film my partner wanted to watch although they werent able to solve the job the receptionist still did what she said she was going to do.

“Good value”

Nice hotel in a good location and easy to find (for us it meant heading to Warwick Castle). It looks nice on the outside, feels comfortable inside the rooms. Staff were very friendly, and it's a great value for money. Only drawbacks would be: 1. No elevator (although we stayed on the 1st floor, carrying the luggage might be a problem to some); 2. Water pressure - very low; 3. Restaurant - ok, but very slow, and breakfast not so good.

Area recommendations
Warwick castle is a great place to spend a day or even two.
