great staff, very nice location but the rooms and beds really are ver outdated. also the ironing board I asked for nearly fell apart. If the hotel updates the rooms and exchanges the old, uncomfortable mattresses, it would be so mu8ch nicer and you could get up well rested the next morning. You can also hear everything in the rooms due to old thin doors, but ok, it is an old building. Charming but really could do with some renovation. excellent cappuccino and super friendly staff.

Great hotel with a small pool
Very nice hotel. Great breakfast selection, staff were really friendly and helpful. Good location - plenty of places to eat nearby in the marina and there are good beaches within walking distance. Lovely small outdoor pool, but this really is more for taking a dip rather than actual swimming. Our room was comfortable and decorated in a Mediterranean style.

Staff were excellent. Always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good - enough to keep us going through till the evening. Most effective air conditioning we’ve had for a while too. Minibar big enough to put our own drinks in as well. Location excellent. On the downside, bathroom was a bit tired and the pool was great for cooling off but not big enough to swim in. Overall, though, would recommend and would happily stay here again.

Really nice hotel in great location, great staff
This is a lovely hotel and is good value. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning, plentiful delicious buffet breakfasts, literally a couple of minutes to the harbour and a nice relaxing pool area. Best of all though are the reception staff (Laura and Marta) who are so friendly, professional and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always willing to help and recommend places to visit and restaurants. We added my daughter to our booking (third person in the room) just a week before our holiday and the hotel did this efficiently and at a reasonable additional charge.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The position is extremely good, being in the centre of Porto Rotundo in Piazza San Marco, we loved it, so handy in the evening for restaurants. In particular the staff were very pleasant and obliging. We would recommend it to others and hope to be able to stay there again when next in Porto Rotundo.

the special deal I had made this a good value for money hotel especially if you have to be in Porto Rotondo. If you plan a family holiday I suggest a larger resort just outside.

Das Hotel ist schon älter und man sieht an verschiedenen Stellen wie es in die Jahre gekommen ist. Allerdings ist es sauber und ordentlich und das Personal ist super freundlich. Es ist - trotzdem man sich in einem teuren Urlaubsort (im Flyer als Ort der VIPs und Luxusreisenden beschrieben) befindet - nicht vergleichbar mit 4-Sterne-Hotels bei uns. Dafür hat es den mediterranen Charme. Beim Frühstück sollte man beachten, dass es kein mitteleuropäisches Frühstück ist mit Vollkornbrot oder ähnlichem, aber es gibt frisches Obst, etc. Und leckeren Cappuccino. Weitere Mahlzeiten gibt es nicht. Schade ist, dass der Zimmerservice auch aufgehängte Handtücher jedes Mal austauscht. Ich habe das mit der „Nicht stören Karte“ an der Tür umgangen, da ich nicht täglich eine Zimmerreinigung benötige. Man muss sich im Klaren darüber sein, dass es ein „Schicki-Urlaubsort“ ist und damit überall sehr teuer. Wir waren uns darüber leider nicht ganz klar, da wir durch viel Stress im Vorfeld des Urlaubs wenig Recherche gemacht hatten. Der Ort ist schön, aber zum Strand fährt oder läuft man eine Weile und die Liegen sind ebenso teuer, wenn man nicht an einen freien Strand geht, der dann gar keine Liegen und leider auch fast keinen Schatten hat. Um sich in der Umgebung zu bewegen benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto, da es nur wenige Busverbindungen gibt. Diese sind dafür super günstig (1,50€ von/nach Olbia), Taxi dagegen wieder sehr teuer. Ich bin mit dem Bus vom Flughafen nach Porto Rotondo gefahren.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Einrichtung der Zimmer ist schon einige Jahre alt aber okay. Hervorzuheben ist das überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, die einem fast jeden Wunsch von den Augen ablesen. Kommunikation vorab per E-Mail wegen Anreise war hilfreich. Zimmer waren etwas hellhörig. Ansonsten alles prima.

Allt var jättebra. Vi blev uppgraderade och vi fick parkera inne på hotellområdet. Frukosten var helt ok. Det lilla poolområdet var lugnt och stilla MEN att hotellet tar 5€ för att bära upp två glas rödvin till oss vid poolkanten är HUTLÖST!

potrebbe essere un buon 3 stelle
Se non fosse per la posizione centrale e la location esclusiva non e' da 4 stelle! i servizi sono i minimi essenziali, le camere piccole e molto semplici, la piscina carina ma per bambini, la colazione molto semplice, il parcheggio e' un problema, il personale disponibile e gentile....per quanto riguarda il prezzo noi abbiamo trovato una buona offerta altrimenti i costi standard sono decisamente troppo alti in proporzione a cio' che offre l'hotel che potrebbe essere nel complesso un buon 3 stelle!

Il vero punto di forza di quest' hotel e' la posizione. Per il resto dire che e' obsoleto e' dir poco. Gli arredi sono vecchissimi e la piscina ha il fondale di 80 cm ... Sembra una vasca per i pesci. Il personale e' disponibilissimo , sempre sorridente e pronto ad aiutarti .

Everything was very good, helpful staff, clean hotel and clean room. The room we got were kind of dark because it was on the back side with a garden view but it was perfect because we didn't need to use the AC, it was chilli and I liked it a lot. The thing that i didn't like at all was the breakfast which was very poor when it comes to vegetables. Not a single tomato or some other vegetable. I bought from the supermarket the tomatoes and I recommend to you to do the same, otherwise it was very good.

Hotel piccolo e particolare, una bomboniera, ubicato nella piazzetta di Porto Rotondo, quindi il meglio che si può avere da una vacanza in questa località. Ho gradito il silenzio, grazie all' isola pedonale che circonda Porto Rotondo, che la fa assomigliare a Venezia. Il risveglio è senza rumore d'auto. La colazione è varia e non manca nulla e si può consumare nei tavolini in piazzetta o in una sala interna con una cascata di acqua molto bella. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile, sia nella figura del Direttore che in tutto lo staff. Comodo in tutto, essendo centrale, per curiosare nei negozi, per una passeggiata nel porto, per godere della piazzetta e dei suoi ristoranti e locali, vicino alla fermata del bus maremare che, ogni 20 minuti conduce alle bellissime spiaggie. L' hotel dispone di una piccola piscina, non profonda, ma comunque gradita durante una pausa dalla spiaggia. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Joli, bien tenu, bien placé et service très sympathique et agréable. Cher, mais cela semble une constante dans la région. Nous recommandons fortement
