La propiedad esta muy vieja y muy abandonada. La habitacion muy limpia pero todo muy sencillo, nada que ver las fotoso con la realidad. El personal de recepcion muy amable.

Loved our 2 night stay here. We wanted somewhere close to the port that would allow us to easily visit La Maddelena and this was it. The hotel is a 25 minute walk from the port (or a 5 min drive). The facilities were good- enjoyed using the pool on our last day. Breakfast was also great. Only issues we had were a faulty toilet, which staff looked into.

Highly recommended!
We loved our stay in this place. The rooms are super cute. Staff very nice and friendly. We got some welcome drinks which is an unexpected bonus :) Great breakfast with a nice view to the pool. Free parking on site. Everything is super clean and well decorated. You can walk to the town centre but we preferred to drive since it was very hot. We recommend this to anyone staying in Palau.

Charming Hotel in the hillside
Room was a little damp It was fairly cold during our stay and there was no access to heating. Also, our TV did not work.. We did mention to the hotel manager but he did not seem very interested. However, esthetically, the hotel was lovely and it was clearly an hotel to stay in in high season when the weather is hot.. possibly not suitable in low season. Also, the swimming was not ready for use during our stay which was disappointing.

Hotel Altura Review
The wife and I stayed here recently during the middle of May 2012. The entire staff was fantastic! My wife has a sever gluten allergey and the hotel took her to the store and procured gluten free food that they could prepare for her during her stay. Every meal was prepared very well and again, the staff was great at accommodating us in meal choices and in language. We are American and needless to say, my Italian is not so great and they worked very hard to ensure we got everything we need. The rooms were not as large as most american hotels, but I expected that and was not disappointed. Palau was just a 5 minute drive away La Madd just a ferry ride from there. Definitely recommend.

Great service, convenient location for Palau, La Maddalena, Santa Teresa & Porto Cervo, lovely islan
Stayed here last September, great place and great holiday. Rooms are basic but service was great: staff were really helpful in recommending places to visit and how to get there. Close to the town centre but you have to drive or take a taxi as there isn't a path to walk on (taxi is around 10-12 Euros). Never had dinner in the hotel but other guests gave great reviews of the food, even though the selection is limited. Dinner is served later at night though. Once you're down at the waterfront in the town visit the restaurant called Re Ferdinando, good food, good service, pricey though but everywhere is here I guess. I'd also recommend visiting La Maddalena via the ferry at the port, more bars and restaurants there. Also, Santa Teresa isn't that far a drive from Palau, neither is Porto Cervo (20-30mins I recall), so this hotel is a good place to stay to be close to the various good places to visit. When we went to Porto Cervo many shops were closed as it was the end of the season but still had a walk around the port, had lunch looking out at the yachts, very nice, but didn't stay for long as it was very quiet. If you can, visit Alghero, long journey but lovely town, especially the old town. I'd also recommend taking the boat trip around La Maddalena which you can arrange through the hotel, seems they offer better rates than if you were to book down at the port. Boat visits a few different islands/beaches and offers a decent lunch on the trip as well (seafood pasta).

L’accueil et les responsables de l’hôtel étaient très chaleureux et gentils. Les jardins autour de l’hôtel étaient très beau. En revanche, la chambre et la salle de bain étaient médiocre pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le robinet cassé, le reposoir à savon cassé et l’eau chaude ne venant qu’après 5 min, le confort des lits digne d’une colonie de vacances, aucune boissons dans le frigo etc…

Une chambre un peu trop simple pour le prix mais spacieuse, ainsi que la salle de bain. L'offre du petit déjeuner, en période de Covid a été fortement réduit, c'est dommage. Pour accéder à la piscine, il faut un bonnet de bain (payant à 3€). Une plage à proximité, à pieds. Possibilité de se garer sur le site.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa Fica a uma boa caminhada do centro mas somente a 5 minutos da Praia por uma trilha. Limpeza ok. Recepcionista Giulia foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. Já a atendente do café da manhã não foi nada simpática

Hotel oddalony od centrum. Basen mały, wymagane jest noszenie czepka na basenie. Za ręczniki basenowe hotel pobiera dodatkową opłatę. Restauracja serwuje kolacje w formie bufetu, napoje w tym wino są w cenie.

Decepcionante calidad/precio
Parece caro para el servicio que ofrecen. El bar cerraba temprano, a la piscina solo se podía acceder tras comprar un gorro, la habitación era bastante simple y le hacia falta una limpieza a fondo y no solo para tapar apariencias. En cuanto a lo positivo: el hotel tiene rincones muy bonitos y bien decorados, es agradable tal como se ve en las fotos.

La camera era molto buia mancanza di una luce sul tetto, secondo il mio parere Mancanza di un specchio in camera c’è uno solo in bagno che quando si è in due diventa un problema, anche perché bisogna salire una scalinata. Un’altra cosa scomoda è l’orario del check-in alle 16:00 un po’ troppo tardi.

Sehr schönes Hotel für diesen Preis. Besser als wir es erwartet haben. Das Frühstück war soweit sehr gut und vielfältig, das Personal im Speiseraum und an der Rezeption äußerst freundlich. Die Anlage war wunderschön, genauso wie der Hotelstrand. Man hat sich sehr wohl fühlen können. Für den niedrigen Preis also sehr gut.

Esperienza più che positiva, non posso che ringraziare il personale, sempre cordiale e gentile.... Ho deciso di allungare la mia permanenza dopo aver passato 2 o 3 notti e mi è stata offerta la colazione per le rimanenti giornate di soggiorno. L'atmosfera qui è stata sempre molto rilassante e "cozy"....come nel vecchio centro storico di un piccolissimo villaggio😊😊😊😊😊

Un 3 stelle che ne vale 4
L'Hotel a poco più di un Km da Palau evita le frequenti code nelle ore di punta per entrare in città ed è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le coste del nord est e nord ovest della Sardegna. Camera, dotata di frigobar e condizionatore, spaziosa e terrazzino privato con vista incantevole che si gode anche dalla piscina e dalla sala ristorante/colazione. Un grazie particolare a Nadir sia per l'ottima accoglienza che per i preziosi consigli sulle spiagge da visitare. Un grazie anche a Giacomo che, pur essendo il direttore di un'altro Club Esse, ha contribuito a rendere confortevole una giornata nella spiaggia dell'hotel da lui gestito. Questo vuol dire essere un team !!!

Ottimo albergo e ottima posizione
Bellissimo Hotel, organizzato con tante casette molto carine, stile quelle di Santorini in Grecia. A pochi minuti a piedi una delle spiagge più grandi e belle della Sardegna (la sciumara). Colazione abbondante e anche le cene (entrambe a buffet). Personale molto cortese e disposto sempre a dare consigli su cosa vedere o su quale spiaggia visitare. Da ritornarci.

Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe mit Pool
Das Hotel wirkt wie ein kleines schönes Dorf. Die Zimmer sind separate Appartments mit Bad und Schlafzimmer. Es sieht auf den ersten Blick alles super aus. Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber (ein wenig "sandig", aber trotzdem ok). Es gibt einen Pool, an dem man ausspannen kann und einen tollen Ausblick über die Küste genießen kann. Ein Auto ist hier von Vorteil, da man zu Fuß eher schlecht an den Strand kommt. Palau ist ein schönes Städtchen mit kleinen Läden und Restaurants. Es gibt diverse Anbieter, um eine Exkursion auf die Insel La Maddalena zu machen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet etwas für jeden Geschmack (von Obst, über Süßes, über Käse, Wurst, Kaffe, Tee, etc.).

L'hôtel ★★★, il est un peu loin de Palau ville,c'est à "Porto Rafael", il faut 30 minutes de marcher au Port!! Il y a un petit chemin en face de la porte qui est en direction d'une plage!!! C'est chouette là, moins de personne! Vous pouvez passer ici en ville, c'est plus proche! Le service est très bien, ils parlent mieux le français que l'anglais, mais il n'y a que le WIFI à l'Accueil,le petit-déjeuner n'a pas beaucoup de choix, le dîner coûte 20 euros, il y a une petite piscine à côté du restaurant! Si vous avez la voiture ou vous pouvez faire le stop, c'est un bon choix ici!

Besuch in der Nebensaison: Wasser wurde erst nach 10 Minuten warm. Internet nur an der Rezeption. Pool wirkte dreckig und schimmerte gelb durch. Zimmer waren sauber. Meerblick vorhanden, aber nicht überragend. Frühstück war eher schwach. Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich!

Altura er et koselig hotellområde, med rom i små hus. Men rommet vårt hadde bar et bittelite vindu, føltes klamt og luktet innestengt. Fikk avslag på aircondition, men føler likevel dette ga lite for pengene. Frokost bestod av hvitt brød eller kaker, frokostblanding og saft - ikke noe grønt og kun hermetisk frukt. Kaffe fra maskin som ikke smakte godt. Du trenger bil - hotellet ligger 5 min. kjøring fra Olbia langs en trafikkert og mørk vei.
