For people that like to have a commercial center close to the hotel this is good. to go to the beach you have to drive 5 km. San Fernando is close by for sight seeing. and is a nice town.

Small beds (unless you are a petite European)
They tried to acomódate, very poorly but they did an effort. Beds are small and uncomfortable, no hot water in shower, but convenient location over the mall and looking to the Cadiz bay.

Very nice hotel we enjoyed our stay
We had a lovely view and a wonderful breakfast although the hot food was not hot which was disappointing the coffee maker wasnt working well

Tired and run down
The apt was roomy but was very very dated, damp and uncomfortable. Both showers leaked badly and the room looked like it had not been inhabited in years. The pool was full of green algae, was closed off by a high wire fence and it was clear it had not been operational in some time. Same for the pool chairs. They were Ripped, dirty and piled behind a wire fence. There was very little lighting and it was very creepy walking back to our unit. It was close to the train station which was good and the staff were helpful.

La habitación era espaciosa pero había cantidad de hormigas, tuvimos que tener especial cuidado con la maleta del bebé (donde llevabamos fruta). La cortina dejaba pasar toda la claridad del balcón por lo que en cuanto amaneció nos despertamos. La piscina no tenía accesos con rampas o ascensores... lo cual quiere decir que tuvimos que cargar con el carro para bajar las escaleras... no creo que en un hotel de 4 estrellas, en teoría adecuado para familias, ¡no haya ni una sola rampa!Nos tocó la habitación pegada al ascensor de la planta y se escuchaba el motor durante toda la noche. Me ha parecido bastante caro para los múltiples inconvenientes que el hotel muestra. Por añadir algo positivo la facilidad para aparcar y para acceder al centro comercial en el cual hay de todo y no necesitas coger el coche para nada.

Bien pour une étape, à oublier pour un sejour
Chambre très bien, conforme au descriptif, bon rapport qualité prix, accueil aimable, mais vue sur mer se limitant à une vue sur les toits en 1er plan, étendue vaseuse en 2eme plan et installations portuaires de Cadix en arrière plan. L'hôtel est situé au dessus d'un centre commercial avec supermarché Carrefour, dans un noeud de voie ferrée, routes, rampes d'accès et ascenseurs. L'hôtel est parfait si on n'en sort pas, pour une étape, mais il faut oublier la promenade au bord de mer avec recherche de restaurants. On ne peut guère manger qu'à l'hôtel où dans les cafétéria du centre commercial! A oublier pour un séjour.

Creo que le hace falta un repaso a las habitaciones. Le faltaba la cortina de la entrada al bungalow y todo el que pasaba nos veía. Falta de Toalleros rotos. Falta de pilas en los mandos a distancias. Situado en un centro comercial, pero no cerca del centro. Aunque cerca de la estación del tren.

Habitaciones viejas, con hormigas y mal mantenidas. Por ello nos cambiaron de habitación y no actualizaron la lista de huéspedes para el desayuno, ante lo cual nos acusaron de querer engañarlos para desayunar en el buffet a cargo de otro. Lamentable.

Bufet muy bueno. Las habitaciones necesitan reforma urgente y camas nuevas.en verano no hay bar en el interior del hotel, solo un chiringuito enla zona de piscinas con vasos de plástico. Los camareros, camareras muy amables.

Abgewohntes Hotel, schmuddelig,
Abgewohntes Hotel schmuddelig. Außenanlagen dreckig. Lage: Integriert in Einkaufszentrum Ohne Mietwagen ist man verloren. Der einzige Vorteil ist die verkehrstechnische Lage um die weitere Gegend bereisen zu können.

Hotel muy descuidado, nada mas entrar a la habitación olia mucho a humedad y es q el techo tenia una gran mancha de una gotera que estaba continuamente cayendo, la limpieza del baño deja mucho que desear, paredes con manchas negras, colchones en muy mal estado, te clavas todos los muelles, televisión con varias rayas en la pantalla por rotura de pantalla y la puerta de la terraza rota, no cerraba ninguna de las hojas de la puerta y en la zona de la pared encima de la puerta habia un gran agujero provocado por el cierre de la puerta... un estado lamentable. Las sillas del restaurante con el sillon hundido, manteles con agujeros. Lo mejor del hotel es la comida con diferencia, todo muy bueno.

Afgeleefd hotel geen sterren waard.
Van een 4 sterren hotel verwacht je wel beter. Op dit moment is het hotel afgeleeft, 1 zwembad was afgesloten met lelijke hekken. De waterpartijen en tuin zien er verwarloosd uit. De ligging bij een shopping center en autosnelweg knooppunt zijn ook niet echt wat je verwacht van een 4 sterren vakantie hotel.

Para no volver al bahía Sur
Lo bueno la zona donde se encuentra el hotel. Lo malo muy descuidado, malas instalaciones,piscina sucia, habitaciones ruidosas,sucio, necesita una reforma en general, no lo recomiendo para nada.

Cambiar colchones y revisar wifi
El colchón de la cama súper blando, (del uso). Dos camas y los colchones diferentes, los baños muy muy antiguos. El bar de la piscina se queda pequeño, no tienen para dar desayunos. Y el wifi fatal. Tres wifi diferentes y ninguno funciona bien, lo tube que conectar a través del internet del teléfono.

Vi som barnfamilj och van med kontinentalstandard blev väldigt besvikna på detta sk fyrstjärniga hotell. Rekommenderar inte detta hotell, i alla fall inte bungalow delen.

Material del hotel deteriorado, alfombras, azulejos, muebles, bomba de calor. Una impresión muy negativa, sobre todo por la limpieza de la habitación y no funcionamiento de la bomba de calor.

El sitio es encantador pero...
Me ha gustado el sitio y el estudio estaba bien pero una vez dentro la categoría del estudio para el precio que nos han cobrado deja mucho que desear! el sofá cama era terrible incluso al abrirlo salio varias arañas lo cual fue alarmante y faltaba mucha limpieza profunda se refleja mucho polvo en los muebles y es una lastima con lo bonito que es y el precio que cobran por la instancia que dejen pasar esta tarea de limpieza por alto. Y en la cocina falta un kit de limpieza para la vajilla. Pero por lo demás todo estupendo solo aconsejar que revisen la labor de las limpiezas de los estudios.

Hotel con personal muy amable, pero no pasaría allí demasiados días de vacaciones. Las instalaciones son antiguas, aunque la piscina esta bastante bien. La comida tipo bufet pero escaso. Si quieres playa tienes que desplazarte en coche:( Esta en el centro comercial, eso a mi me gusto.

Old and tired hotel
Location of the hotel is not good with an industrial environment. The beach can not be used outside. The apartments are very worn and is in great need of renovation. We do not recommend the hotel for families with children and the match certainly not 4 stars as Hotels.com states! Not more than 2 stars.
