“Nice hotel close to a great beach”

Our stay at the Port Sitges Resort was very good. It is about a 15 min walk from the town but the walk is very pleasant along the beach. There are a couple of excellent beaches close to the hotel. There are also a quite a few very nice restaurants just outside the hotel so the location is great.

“Beautiful, would love to visit again.”

The hotel staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful. The room was always clean and well kept. The only issue we had was the wireless internet was not always working. Being from the US, email was the only method available for contacting friends and family during our stay, so internet was particularly important to us. Aside from that, there were no complaints, our stay was great, the hotel was in a beautiful location, and the staff was excellent.

“Great experience!”

I was in Sitges for a conference. When I arrived, it was almost like the front desk staff were expecting me and everything was already set up. I can't say enough good things about how nice the staff were. They were all very helpful and spoke impeccable English. While my room wasn't fancy, it was clean and comfortable. It had 2 twin beds in a separate bedroom (I was traveling alone), a bright, clean bathroom, a combination living room/kitchen (with small fridge, sink, stove) and a balcony. The only complaint I have with my room is that it's right next to the stairs and all the floors are marble. Given that the hotel is only 2 floors, everyone takes the stairs rather than the elevator, and I could hear people (and they're heels!) walking up and down the stairs all day/night. Also, I couldn't get wifi access in my room, so I spent a lot of time in the lobby using my laptop since that was closer to the router and I got better service there. I guess that's what you get when it's free. The hotel is a 5-min walk up a LOT of stairs to the Melia Sitges conference centre so if you're going there for work, it's a great location. It's also about a 20-min walk along the coast to the downtown area where most of the restaurants and shops are. There are a number of restaurants down by the hotel as well but they're more expensive. Breakfast at the hotel is 13 euros so I didn't try it, and it was hard to find anywhere else to eat in the morning in that area. Regardless, I'd stay there again.

“Quite good”

Hotel staff were great, but the hotel itself was looking a bit tired. The air con in the room was very noisey. I had to turn it off at night as it kept me awake. The safe was a bit unreliable. However, the staff could not have been more polite and helpful.

“Lovely hotel, lovely resort.”

The hotel was clean, modern and well maintained with better rooms than you find in most beach resorts. The bedroom was more like one you'd find in city hotel and the rest of the apartment was spacious and modern. The bathroom was roomy with a marble finish and good selection of toiletries. The pool was bigger than expected too. The hotel is directly on the port and a 10 minute stroll across coastal paths to the cente of Sitges. The hotel was spot on and Sitges itself was great. Not a full English breakfast in sight!

“Verbesserungswürdig”

Wenn man das Hotel dann einmal gefunden hat, stellt man fest, dass pro Tag sehr hohe Preise für den Parkplatz erhoben werden. Im Hotel gab es keine Hilfe beim Gepäcktransport. Lediglich den Hinweis auf den Lift. Im Zimmer selbst waren am Herd keinerlei Markierungen mehr zu sehen, so dass man weder wusste, ob der Herd eingeschaltet war oder nicht und auf welcher Stufe. Das Shampoo und Duschgel waren gebraucht . Im Bett fanden wir Haare und der Safe konnte nicht geschlossen werden.Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön, ebenso die Sicht der Zimmer mit Meerblick. Daher auch die Weiterempfehlung.

“Great location great view!”

Hotel is at the really reat location 5min from the beach (a lot of nudists around, I guess in all Sitges it is so), and just couple of meters from the small port and many restaurants. The walk to the city centre is just 15-20 min, along the coast which is really beautiful. The only problem is that one should go upstairs or uphill for the first 5 min, then it is fine. I think they do not have access for the wheel-chairs. The stuff is very helpful. The rooms are huge, each has small kitchen, eventhough not so many dishes. The furniture is a bit old but all is very clean. I had a great stay there and I would recommend to everybody. The only negative thing is the spa and wellness, actually there is not any, it is written they have it but it did not work, there is only a big swimming pool (outside). There is no gym.

Personnel trés accueillants et disponible a tout ou heure ou presque. Langue française parlée par une des hôtesses. Chambre spacieuse et propre Les lits un peu petits. Hôtel calme malgré la présence de nombreuses familles avec enfants vue dégagé sur la marina. Attention pour les retours nocturnes après minuit, la grille privative de l 'hôtel est fermée obligeant à faire tout le tour du port à pied. Pas de room service, ni de restauration. Piscine chauffée magnifique
