“Great hotel - bit far from town centre”

Picked this hotel for a relaxing honeymoon in early July, it couldn't have been better! the hotel itself is wonderful, big rooms with lovely balcony (ours overlooking the swimming pool but you can get a sea view for a couple more bob) The facilities were great, loads of sunbathing areas, very comfy sun loungers and bean bags type beds around the pool, really nice touch indoor pool and jacuzzi also very good The staff at the hotel are super attentive but not in your face, really know what they are doing! The only "problem" if you can call it that with the hotel is the location, is about a 7 minute drive from the town centre so if you haven't got a car you have to budget an extra 20 Euros a day for taxis, which is what we did and we do not regret it Taxis are available from reception in a minute and easy to get from the town. The hotel has a shuttle bus but unfortunately they only take you to the beach, not to the town any more Sitges is such a wonderful town the nightlife is amazing and the tapas are to die for, just look for the little tapas bars that are buzzing with locals! you won't regret it!! great (and very cheap) cava as well all in all the best HoneyMoon I could have hoped for and more!!

“A really great Hotel and Resort!”

The Hotel was really comfortable offering excellent accomodation, restaurants and bars. There was also great areas for sunbathing and the pools were a welcome break from the heat! The staff were always helpful and accomodating, especially Concierge. The food in the restaurants was always of a high standard although Xato from Sitges was an acquired taste! The "all you can eat Barbeques" that took place of an evening were the best value. Ask for the House Wine which is good and cheep, strangely not on the Wine List! On the Minus side; The Hotel Services (Food, Beverages, Spa etc....) are hugely over priced and without the luxury of a nearby shop, you need to buy your essentials from the Town of Sitges which is over 2 miles away, walking not advised! Use the Shuttle Bus from the Hotel which runs from 11 am - 6 pm. Taxi's can be ordered from Concierge and caught in the town back to the Hotel for a competative fee. There are loads of places to eat and drink in Sitges Town and the Night Life is excellent although things don't really get going until 11 pm ish. In all, a great holiday and a super Hotel.

“Expensive to eat & drink”

Hotel was lovely, clean, modern, large big bedrooms, great outdoor swimming pool and spa area with sauna and steam room plus in door pool. Gym was good but only had one rowing machine. Biggest issue with the hotel was the very , very expensive food and drinks. If you did not have transport then a taxi to centre of Sitjes was not cheap. This is the only hotel in the area with no discount deal with the local golf course. Most guests seem to use the hotel as a long weekend break as opposed to a 2 week summer vacation destination. The bath was not the easiest to get out of and the shower was pathetic for a hotel of this standard.

“Stand out or stand off in Sitges?”

I thought the facilities were great and the view spectacular. I did not care for the pressure from the restaurant staff if I went back to the breakfast bar more than one time.

“Sitges finest”

The hotel was beautiful, situated on a golf course (not a plus for me) and overlooking the Mediterranean. 5 stars. However, the bride had booked a brunch for the morning after the wedding and the hotel claimed they had never heard of it.

“Beautiful hotel; poor bar and room service; mediocre food”

I would recommend with some reservations. The food was mediocre and pricey. Also we waited a long time for service in the lobby restaurant. However the pool and amenities were great and the room itself was fine.

Traveller's tip

Breakfast came with the room price and one should eat heartily then. It was buffet style. Otherwise it's best to go into Sitges itself and enjoy a good meal.

sitges et une station balneaire prés de Barcelonne .il y a un golf de 18 trous et la ville n'est pas trop défigurée.

“Le rêve, avec vue mer”

L'hotel est juste génial. Nous avions prévu de passer du temps dans Sitges et à Barcelonne. Le carde de l'hôtel, les piscines intérieure et extérieures et le restaurant étaient tellement au top, que nous sommes restés plus de temps que prévu dans ce Resort. En terme de service, il ne manque rien, tout est là, tout sonne juste.

Traveller's tip

Allez y hors saison, c'est le rêve! Il fait bien plus chaud qu'en France et vous pourrez profiter de cet immance resort pour vous seul.
