almost everything is perfect except there's no available toilettries such as shampoo, extra toothbrush/toothpaste, cotton buds and side table tissues and slippers and bath robe..the time table of the transportation is not accurate

Very Nice Hotel
Very nice hotel and would definitely stay there again , close to all shops and beach, couple of things though we were on second dinner service which does not start until 8 which we felt was quite late would be better if they did 6-7 and then 7-8, we also could not find any English TV channels ie BBC World and finally check out is very early at 10am, only minor points though basically a great hotel

Séjour agréable. Accueil convenable . Heureusement que nous parlons anglais. Petit bémol : l'absence de ventilation dans notre salle de bains demeure rédhibitoire. Sinon extrême gentillesse du personnel que ce soit les femmes de chambre ou bien au restaurant.

Hotel muy limpio, cerca de las tiendas y de la playa. Detrás hay un parking gratuito de tierra. El buffet del desayuno increíble, muchísima variedad, reponen continuamente y buenísimo. El de la cena lo mismo. El espectáculo de la noche está totalmente orientado a extranjeros.

Grosse déception
Le personnel ne parle pas trop bien le français, pas trop disponible à l’accueil, évité là sangria imbuvable il y mette de la grenadine et brûlure d’estomac grosse arnaque à 15€ le pichet, cocktail de mauvaise qualité, salle des repas très bruyant dommage, nous renouvellerons pas l’experience dans cet hôtel.

Estancia de hotel
El servicio de las habitaciones fue pésimo pedimos unas condiciones y nos dieron otra. La limpieza en la habitación no ha sido la adecuada. Referente a la piscina las hamacas apenas podías cogerlas porque algunas personas se iban antes a coger sitio y se iban y en la piscina ponía un cartel diciendo q si en 15 o 20 min no venías te quitaban la toalla y eso no a sido asi. Además en la piscina tampoco había mucha distancia la gente hacía lo que quería y ponían las hamacas juntas a lado de la tuya. La animación de la noche no nos gustó porque era música en inglés y lo correcto que fuera música variada

En cuanto a la música tenemos un amplio abanico de nacionalidades e intentamos poner la mayor variedad posible de música en directo tanto en el hotel como en el restaurante situado en el paseo. Das Hotel ist super sauber nettes Personal das Essen war auch gut, nur zu viele hollender 🤗wir haben das gefühl gehapt das wir in Holland sind .Ein kleinen Tip von mir, wer mit dem Auto fährt bitte denn Parkplatz von Indalo Park benutzen (5 euro pro Tag) uns wurde das Auto aufgebrochen auf denn anderen Parkplatz, semtliche sachen geklaut 😢

hotel zit wel goed op een goeie locatie
hotel zit op een goeie locatie, sommige personeel zijn meer dan perfect. maar kamer hygiëne is ver gezocht. maaltijden (ontbijten of diner ) geen verandering constant het zelfde combinaties. ik zou hier niet voor de tweede keer komen en ook niemand aanraden ps dat je nog moet betalen voor je wifi tijdens je verblijft

Séjour agréable, nourriture plus que correcte, chambre propres(penser a demander 2 oreillés de plus car tres plats)comme tout les hotels visités, ils devraient BEAUCOUP plus insister sur le civisme des clients quant au bruits du soir et nocturne...TV fortes, portes qui claquent personnes qui pensent etres seules a l'hotel, serviettes sur les transats réservés dès l'aube alors qu'ils n'y sont pas...etc...une charte écrite et signée a l'arrivée des clients pourrais etre efficace pour la plupart des gens. Également surpris de ne pas etre placé au restaurent...comme j'ai toujour vu ailleurs,vous ne savez pas si les gens sont encore a leur table ou pas....A part celà,RAS vous en aurez pour votre argent.

De gode ting først: - Personalet er fantastisk kunde orienteret - Dejlige senge med nye madrasser, dog en anelse korte - Dejlig morgenmad og aftensmad - Dejlige værelser med en fantastisk rengøring - God underholdning hver dag fra 21.00 - 24.00 - Nemt at tage toget til Barcelona eller køre til Girona og Figueres hvor der er interessante oplevelser. De mindre gode ting: - Hotellet har ingen parkeringsplads, så man må holde på gaden. Kommer man tilbage på det forkerte tidspunkt, kan man være nødsaget til at parkere langt væk. - Santa Susanna er en rigtig turistby uden charme - Underholdningen kan være generende, hvis man har små børn der går i seng førend 24.00

Für drei Sterne ist das Hotel ordentlich und sauber. Das Zimmer ist okay nur hat es zu wenig Steckdosen und zwar nur eine freie. Leider gibt es auf Balkon keine Möglichkeit die Wäsche zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Daher mussten wir uns eine Wäscheleine besorgen. Die Auswahl an Salate in Hotelrestaurant war außergewöhnlich groß, nur die Auswahl an Hauptgang nicht besonders. Vollpension würde ich nicht empfehlen.
