“good Facilities Shame about Accommodation”

Although the staff were very helpful for the most part I would not return to this hotel because you could hear the people from the room next door and every footstep and scrape of a chair from the room above. When moved to the top floor the smell emminating from the bathroom was terrible.

“Very Impressed”

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good and a good way to start the day. I enjoyed my stay and would go back to the same hotel. Especially when the Casino has been completed at the hotel.

“The best hotel in Europe!”

This hotel was immaculate, service was exceptional, the room was spotless, had a seperate and large bath and shower room and sea views. Everything appeared to be brand new as if the room had not been used befroe and the hotel was extremely quiet and peaceful; it sist on a hill in its own grounds so there is no traffic noise. The pool looked great but we didn't have time to try it but everywhere else was great.

Area recommendations
Lloret de Mar is underrated and was well worth a revisit- I wont leave it another 32 years before going back.

The free transport to Fennels beach was good as this is the better beach.

“hotel guitard monterry”

l hotel etait agréable mais alors la salle de bain vetuste limite inssalubre!du bruit un peu décevant pour un grand hotel

“hotel guitart monterrey”

on avait paye pur une chambre avec lit duble et vue sur mer, on a eu une chambre avec lits jumeaux avec vue sur immeuble!!!! sinon le restaurant est delicieux et les services geniaux!! la villle de lloret nest pas genial...c bien pour les ados!!

“Altes abgewohntes Hotel schlechte Lage zum Zentrum oder Meer !”

5 Stern Hotel, alt abgewohnt, beim ersten Zimmer tropfte Wasser von der Decke, beim austausch Zimmer war nebenan der Fahrstuhl welcher extrem laut war und gequitscht hat ! Das weitere austausch Zimmer war dann OK ! Poolanlage schön ! Essen am Pool extrem schlecht !!!! Ewig weiter Weg zum Strand !

Niewieder Lloret de mar, das Wasser ist voll Müll, so etwas eckeleregendes hab ich noch nie gesehen !

Nur für Kids, alle Lokalitäten alt und völlig am Ende !
Outdoors or beach
Strand komplett vermüllt ! Man könnte denken nebenan wird der Müll einfach ins Wasser gekippt und das schwimmt am Strand den ganzen Tag !

“C'etait un excellent sejour et l'hotel etait excellent. J'y retourne des que possible.”

Nous avons ete enchante par notre sejour. L'hotel est bien situe, tres calme, le cadre est ideal, la nourriture excellente. La navette gratuite pour se rendre a la plage priveeJuste un reproche au niveau de l'entretien. L'evier de la salle de bain etait bouche et malgre le fait de l'avoir signale personne n' est jamais venu. Le parking a l'exterieur est gratuit mais les voyageurs desirant mettre leur voiture dans le parking souterain doivent payer. Mais trouve un parking a Lloret est souvent un veritable casse tete.
