“Good but could be much better!”

The hotel was very clean and the location was good the near by train station was perfect for a visit to Barcelona using a combined train/bus tourist ticket. The outside pools were ok but there was no inside pool if the weather turned out to be not so good,however you could use the near by sister hotel Aqua onbrava. at a small cost. The entertainment was very good and the staff were excellent especially with children. However don't ask the hotel to book your airport transfers as they use a firm called Perla tours who never had us on their list when we arrived and the hotel failed to book our return-this could just be communication problems.Better to just go to the near taxi rank and book it yourself and you will get better transport for your money. Dont stay in any of the rooms on the 3 floor that face out into the main street if you do you will most certainly experience noise from people exiting the bars and clubs. The food was a little disappointing considering the Spanish have been catering largely for the British for many years they have not got it right at this hotel for us Brits. There is a good Brit Bar just yards from the hotel and there is a large Carrefour supermarket behind the Hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Very good value for money . Lots of activities both for adults and children. Buffet catered for most needs and staff were very accommodating to my dietary needs.Recommend the half board option Certainly great for family as children.Drinks were cheap at the bar and staff very friendly The quietest hotel in the area although we could hear the crowd on the street and from the other neighbouring hotels in the middle of the night Rooms were cleaned daily Will go back again

Les jeunes ivres, sortant des discothèques, vomissent et hurlent dans les rues jusqu'à 3 heures du matin. Dommage la station le jour est très agréable. Hotel satisfaisant, nourriture très correcte au dessus de la moyenne.

Tres bon hotel. Personnel tres disponible. L'hotel est situe pres d'une boite de nuit. Un ou 2 soir dans la semaine, nous avons eu droit a quelques bruits dans le rue mais cela a dure moins d'une demi heure, j'estime que ce n'est pas genant en soi. Par contre nous etions en Avril, je pense que le probleme aurait ete different pour les vacances d'ete. A prendre en compte. Pas ou peu d'insonorisation dans la chambre. La periode etait favorable : beaucoup de personnes agées ou quelques familles mais pas de jeunes bruyants. Hotel qui fait tres familial. Nous etions 3 (2 adultes et 1 enfant). Piscine accesible ainsi que le Ping Pong. Tres propre ( de partout dans l'hotel).

nous avons passé quelque jours trés agréable, le personnel parlent francais, le buffet est trés copieux et la propreté des chambres est irréprochable. Idéal pour un petit séjour en famille.
