The property had a hotel-style reception with very helpful pleasant staff. The room was immaculate, good heating/aircon, LG TV, kitchen had all you need with appliances and utensils. For the keen there was a washing machine, iron and board. Daily cleaning service. The property was a short walk from the main town, and only 50 yards from the beach with an upmarket beach bar “Pic Nic” on the beach There is a restaurant and a gastronomic bar adjacent to the property. It’s a safe area with superb villas lining the seafront road We would certainly go back.

Great location, parking on site, modernised apartment, very helpful and friendly reception staff. We’ve stayed here at least a dozen times now after trying other places in Sitges. It’s the best of them all for amenities and location.

Overall ok....but numerous small improvements could be made like recaulking the shower, touch up scratched furniture, re-clue bottom of door frame leading to the balcony Some placemats would be nice and a towel rack in the bathroom seems essential as well as at least one kitchen towel. ......always friendly staff at reception desk

Excellent hotel. Central location. Lovely staff. Receptionist was fluent in english and very helpful. Cafe attached with lovely food and best coffee. Bed extremely comfortable. Not one complaint.

Good location but terrible choice for families
Stayed 8 nights in the "family apartment" with our 3, 5, and 7 year old children. The apartment is directly across, in the first floor, from Picnic bar and a hotel bar that plays live music at volume 1,000 from 11:30pm until 2am 5 nights per week. It was deafeningly loud, and the front desk staff were entirely unhelpful. They promised to contact the manager immediately and then for 72 hours claimed they hadn't heard back. Other issues: kitchen is poorly equipped. There are no baking pans that can go in the oven, no cutting board, no dish soap or sponge. When I asked the front desk they said all kitchen were the same and none had these items, but our friends in another apartment had a cutting board. The pool area is very poorly maintained and everything is very old. There are not enough chairs for the amount of guests and the grass is dead and litters the pool everywhere. No food allowed in the pool area. For young kids and adults who want to be able to sleep during their vacation, find other accommodations.

Stayed here a few times and has always been a great property to stay at. Rooms are nice and of good size with great facilities. The staff on reception are always friendly and the pool area is lovely. Location is great as well.

Wonderful Hotel
We just stayed at Mediterraneo Sitges for 10 days in June of 2023. Our room was great. Separate living room, kitchen and nice bedroom . Balcony with ocean view. Very clean, modern and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was fantastic. Easy walk to dozens of restaurants and everything in Sitges. Loved it.

Very good overall stay
Overall this was a very good stay with the exception of check-in. My room was supposed to be available at 2pm but I was not able to get in until the 3pm. Staff member was pleasant enough but just an inconvenience. Having said that, the room was large and very clean with everything that I needed including an in room washing machine. The hotels large pools were very welcomed with the heat. Other than the check in experience this was a very good stay in a location close to town and across the road from the beach.

Great hotel in a great location near the sea front
I really enjoyed my stay here and it really is in a great location and very close to the beach. The staff on reception were friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. Two litres of water in the fridge was a nice touch as was the little bag that contained washing up liquid and sponge. We had the room that had two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a decent size with large wardrobes containing a safe. The second had no windows and was very small with a single bed with a pull out second bed underneath. With the second bed pulled out there was no additional space in there. All rooms had an AC units so none were stuffy. Kitchen had all plates and cutlery if you wanted to stay in and cook (we didn’t) and the bathroom was spacious but lacked hooks to hang up your bathtowel after use. The pools were cold, it was May, and there are only limited sunbeds. Would definitely stay again.

Superb apartments located right next to the beach. The apartment was large with a balcony. The facilities within the hotel are great and there are lots of quality restaurants close by.

Great location, apartment very roomy , clean, large balcony with decent table and chairs. All amenities were spot on. Comfy beds. Only minor issue noticed the inside white curtains needed renewed as slightly stained with some holes, the black curtains were fine.

Very convenient location, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Room was ideal and very clean. Toilet handle fell off in my hand. Reported it to reception and maintenance kindly fixed it quickly. A day later the handle came off again. Reported for second time but they failed to send maintenance to fix this, so had to keep bathroom door open for the duration of our stay. As there is not a bathroom window, you would naturally expect an extractor fan, however there was nothing installed so bathroom became very steamy and smelly. Overall really nice apartment which is fully equipped and great size balcony. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again.

The position is great. Right by the sea and close to all the bars and restaurants. We even had a swim on Christmas Day! Cleaners immediately took our wet towels and gave us nice fresh ones. Fabulous pizza place just around the corner and also a restaurant specialising in Paella.

Great staff, nice rooms, perfect location.
The hotel is very clean, minimalist design & the staff is super helpful with anything you need. We could have eaten at the restaurant downstairs the whole stay as the food is so good. Rooms are large with full kitchens and separate bedrooms as well as a full open concept living room. Check-in was seamless & the hotel is in a great location, steps from the beach & 2-5min walk to shops, restaurants, nightlife & entertainment.
