There are not many choices in the area. The room was basic and as expected. The service was not great. The front desk was not helpful at all and rude at times.

BAD EXPERIENCE
The location area is not the best! Dirty Streets. The general hotel condition not good. Breakfast very good. One of the reception employees is horrible, I suggest to the manager check the hotel reception camera on Wednesday 13, 2023, 7:30 pm to understand what I’m talking about! This man was very rude. He treated me as a pos after I was waiting 8’ to make a short question! Unbelievable ! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL! Also the parking is not connected to the hotel building! Walked 300 ft every time, was a very good exercise.

I arrived at 3.00 pm after a long drive, and found there was nowhere to get a drink in the hotel and there was not even a kettle in the room. The restaurant didn’t open until 7.30. I walked outside the hotel for 400m in each direction but every where was closed

Hotel was good for a stop over, but no restaurant so had to buy bread roll in a Lindl supermarket as it was the only thing open. It was a Sunday. Cozensa itself was one of the filthiest cities I’ve been to, never again. But the hotel was good

Family visit (father-son) so walking a block away down an alley to a ramp to a parking deck at night did not frighten use -- but others may not be comfortable with this arrangement.

You can tell it used to be a really nice hotel but the room was really musty. The bed was ok, kind of hard. The shower only had a half glass wall so water got ALL over the floor which I'm sure is why it's musty. It was nice the windows open but they were doing construction outside all night long. Not much in walking distance

Excellent staff made check in easy, even though our arrival was delayed. We stayed for 8 days so had a good amount of time with staff and surrounding property. We requested a change of rooms after the third day. Our request was met politely and we were shown a room that we approved of. The breakfast was very impressive. Some things for travelers to be aware of: No walk-in shower and because the tubs are very tall getting in and out didn’t feel safe, the WiFi isn’t secure and usually failed around 8pm, the parking isn’t on the property, (you need to access it by a ramp next to the mall and then wheel your own luggage to the hotel, the mattresses are very firm, the large window frames react to the change in temperatures with very loud noises jarring you awake.

The Italiano Hotel was very nice, the beds were comfortable and had a nice large bathtub and shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Total disappointment.
We picked this hotel based on the reviews and unfortunately, we were let down. We booked two nights and the weather was very hot. We arrived and was told at reception, the Air Conditioner is broken and it won’t be operational till following afternoon. We asked the following afternoon and of course were told still not working, without any compassion or sensitivity to our best interests! Obviously we didn’t sleep a wink and had a long day trip ahead of us! Very disappointing!

I liked it because it was in the centre of Cosenza, walking distance to the centre. Staff was helpful. Very clean and highly recommend it. Also reasonably priced

Location was great. We rented a car and there was a parking garage connected to the hotel. It was included in the cost of the hotel room. The breakfast was great. Grocery store next to the hotel in the little shopping center. Bathroom and rooms were very clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. The employees were so nice and friendly. Great value for your money.

Great stay in Cosenza
Great stay. Clean room with a big bathroom, water gets really hot in the shower. Parking just around the corner with a locked gate (with 24/7 access) breakfast started a little later then what I'm used to at 7:30am. Classic Italian breakfast with a lot of sweet things to eat, not as much savoury things though.
