“Best experience”
I will come back soon.
“Good value”
Only problem was a mattress that was a little sagged in the middle. If I had brought it up with the management, I am sure they would have changed the mattress, but it was just a minor inconvenience for my wife, not me. Great continental breakfast set up!!!!
“Simple but Comfortable!”
My family and I have stayed there on several occasions and have never had any problems. We would not hesitate to stay again.
“Overall good deal.”
Compared to other hotels in the area, this was a very good deal. the breakfast was descent for buffet style breakfast. The price was good for the quality of the hotel. The pool is very small but enough to get wet. The hotel isn't very old, but they aren't very good at touch up painting. There are a lot of scrapes and marks on all the walls going down the hallway and in the room. The room is small but efficient. We were happy about the 2 queen beds and not full size like most hotels. The beds slept good. The location is pretty good as well.
“not impressed”
I guess you get what you pay for. The room was nice, but what was not impressing was the condition of shower curtain bar and tub drain. The bar that holds the curtain was falling not holding the curtain in place allowing water to fall outside of tub and the tub's drain was clogged, but I'm not one to complain. If they would take care of the curtain bar and drain, my stay would have been nice. The breakfast looked good but did not try. The location of the hotel was excellent,. the over all stay would have been excellent if they would take the time to inspect the rooms to make sure all is in working order.
“Will B Re-Booking Another Stay Within 3 Weeks”
The room was super. The double-beds were almost like Feather-Type beds. The covers were like feather comforters. Pillows very fluffy. The complimentery Breakfast was also very satisfying. Was here mid-July and I'm planning for a return trip in mid-August.
“Bedford Texas Traveler”
The pool and hot tub great, breakfast great Texas shaped Texas size waffles we will be back thanks! Great vacation take the ferry to Port Aransas Beach Kids will Love it! Ed
“overall- ok, beds were hard”
the only complaint I have is that the beds were hard and I woke up with a back ache and didn't rest very well.
“Great for the price!”
We got these rooms on sale at the beginning of the year, but even the price my parents paid for booking later in the year was still well under many of the surrounding hotels. It was on the main road to the ferry to Port Aransas and only a few miles from the landing. It is near a grocery store and the small town main street with little shops and eateries. I have only a few minor complaints, the bed was too soft for my liking, the pool was small and closed at ten, and their were some minor management issues relating to housekeeping and breakfast, but they had some new people in training and nothing was catastrophic. Overall, we were really pleased with all the amenities we got for the price and this hotel will certainly remain a choice between staying in more expensive Port Aransas versus Aransas Pass.
“Wont stay there again”
Room was ok but the stairwells were filthy! The window blinds were ripped and dirty- there was coke splattered on the wall. The pool area needs more lounge chairs.
