It was a nice hotel. We found parking easy and the area was quiet. A lot of the items closed around 10p in the hotel. The hot water in the shower wasn’t very hot, but overall the hotel experience was a good one.

I had to go through 3 before getting the room that I booked. They kept giving room without the sofa bed that I asked for when booking. The elevator button was broken on the first floor. I requested bedding for the sofa bed and they never brought it so I had to go down and get it myself. I also requested a pillow and towels and they were never brought. I have never had this kind of experience from a holiday inn before. I doubt that I will use holiday inn again.

It seems like there were rooms available on other levels and the front desk person intentionally decided to give us a 1st floor room right next to elevator. We could hear noises through the night.

I booked a double queen room. Upon arrival they said double queens have been booked up for several days. My itinerary said a double room but they could only give me a king bed with pullout couch.
