“Hawthorn Suites, Corpus Christi, Texas”

We had previously stayed at a competitor location on our visits to Corpus. This hotel was just as good, with the exception of the breakfast offerings, as the former hotel but at a price about 35% less.

“great stay”

the room was great - it was clean and the bed was comfortable. wish the spa and pool were indoors as it was raining and cold when we stayed there. the price was reasonable.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My family and I will stay here again when visiting this city again.

“My new second home in Corpus!!!!”

Everyone that worked there went out of their way to welcome us. The rooms were big and really, really clean and nice. It was set up for families...the kids could watch TV in the sitting room while we closed the door an "slept in"!! Nice!! The pool was beautiful, and so was the office...Breakfast was wonderful...We will be back!!

“Great room for the price.”

The Hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good with choices of eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, and yogurt. The only thing I would suggest is that you makes sure your door hanger with reads "clean room" is hung correctly on the door if you want your room cleaned. We left the room and houskeeping was next door cleaning a room. My son placed the hanger on the door for our room to be cleaned. A few hours later we arrived back and noticed the door hanger on the door handle. The room had not been cleaned. The door hanger had slid slightly showing both sides of the hanger with one side reading "do not disturb". I figured houskeeping read it as do not disturb. We left again and this time made sure the door hanger was placed correctly. Arrived back after midnight and the door hanger was still in place showing the correct side stating room needs to be cleaned. We entered and the room was not cleaned. So in the morning we had to go hunt for some towels. I guess houskeeping only makes one run a day to see if rooms need to be cleaned. Everything else was good. The location was good with a Luby's next door, a Sam's wholesale behind the hotel, and a Walmart across the expressway for easy access. I consider Corpus small so all attractions are only 10-15 minutes away. I would stay again.

“Nice place, Nice price”

Needed place to stay one night, repairs at home, very confortable, very clean. Location not as desirable, but front desk impecable service. Would recommend, would stay again.

“Corpus Christi -- Gem of the Gulf”

Property is very well maintained and in a convenient location. Most local sites are less than 15 minutes away -- USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Museums, and the beautiful Corpus Christi bay.

“Would go back”

The room was very comfortable. Pool area was nice, only draw back on the jacuzzi, is if your a short person you cant sit in it. The room was priced right. We will be back.

The staff was very friendly and very accomodating. The hotel was very clean and was surrounded by alot of restaurants that made it convenient.
