“"Can't wait to go back"”

“Hotel is just OK.”

I love embassy suites. We stay in the Dallas and Laredo area frequently ands joy the amenities such as the breakfast and the happy hour. The omelette at this location use canned tomatoes, peppers and mushroom making the meal tasteless. My overall experience at the restaurant was very poor and not recommendable.

“We Loved the Hotel”

We loved the setup of the hotel, and all the staff were nice, very informative and helpful. It took us probably 15 min to get to the Aquarium from there and the sam to the beaches. Plenty of restaurants and shopping stores in the area, and an exit from the Mall. The breakfast was very good and the Happy Hour was great, I would suggest 2 bartenders instead of one, to make the lines go a little bit faster, but she did a great job.

Wasn't familiar with the neighbor hoods are area, but the hotel was in a great area in my opinion.

The beaches were awesome, not filthy and full of things that come out of the water like on Galveston Beaches!!!!

“Corpus Christi”

We stayed here while on a house hunting trip. It was a very convenient location. Great places to eat near by and only about a 15 minute drive to anywhere. It's not a 5 star hotel but they had a good breakfast in the morning and free drinks for 2 hour in the evening. I would recommend this hotel. The staff was very nice.

“Great Value for the money”

We were looking for a hotel to crash out near the beach... Granted this one is a bit of a drive, but the rooms are large, the free drinks from 7:30 - 10:00 and the free breakfast buffet is hard to beat. We have small kids and they were happy, the hotel is near some good chain resturants a wal-mart and a grocery store, (yes even a chunky cheese) it makes a great base to go beaching. My only complaint is both mornings, the outside door to the parking lots is "key disabled" forcing me to pack / walk around / pack / walk around to the front entrance. My guess it to keep people from crashing the free breakfast?

Great hotel - pretty inner courtyard to hang out. We enjoyed happy hour and the big breakfast the next morning. Not your typical continental but great omelettes.

“Dirty, bad operated and poor mantainance”

No, the bathroom was dirty and I had to ask somebody clean it up. First time in decades of traveling experience I had this situation Is not a budget issue, is just hotel standard operations

“Not Impressed”

We stayed at an Embassy Suited in McAllen TX and were totally impressed, so we assumed that the one in Corpus would be the same it was not. The hot tub and swimming area were dirty , there was no one watching the kids that were eating and drinking in the hot tub. The floors were really dirty . We requested an non-smoking room and were given one where clearly they had smoked it smelled horrible when I requested a room change they said there were none available but would send someone to spray which did not help at all, on top of that there was a strange smell coming from the air vents. The toilet had black mold around the rim which was disgusting I requested them come clean it again and they did. We were out most of the day but would not stay here again. The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast.
