Located for exploring Cornwall as the Eden Project and beaches are only 10 minutes away, and the north coast only 40 minutes. Lostwithiel itself is a hidden gem with lots of antique shops and lovely walks.

We have a selection of chocolate and diet/coke cans available in the hallway. DVD’s are also available in the 'Snug' (guest lounge). We can provide an iron and ironing board, and can offer laundry facilities. Guests also have the use of a lounge and a fridge.Penrose also offers wifi internet access throughout, plus there is a computer in the dining room for all to use. Fax facilities on request. Ideal for maintaining business and private communication.

Breakfast is served on several tables in our grand dining room which reminds you of a bygone age. Occasionally you may need to share and make new friends. Breakfast is full cooked English, which comprises of locally sourced bacon, sausage and free range eggs (fried or scrambled), hash brown, tomato, black pudding, mushrooms and vegetarian sausage, kippers, plus as much as you want for cereal, toast, orange juice, fruit, different homemade jams & marmalades and a range of teas & cafetiere coffee.
