“Mixed Feelings”

The Hotel is at a very beautiful location and is a splendid building with a lot of charme, but the courtyard rooms are definetly ways to small, the two single beds are to small as well and not 4 stars worth.

Arrive after 3 hr trip, room not ready kept waiting 45 mins, no offer of refreshments. we sat in plain view, no staff made any effort to enquire as to our presence, Eventually had to approach reception to ask if our room was ready/ Another couple going through the same process had to do likewise. It was ready but they couldn't be bothered to move to tell us or the other guests We were informed that they were upgrading us to a ocean view from our original beach/coastal view. There's nothing better than looking at an empty sea other that watching paint dry.. The weather was dreadful ( Not the hotels fault ) We: like most of the holiday makers were fooled yet again by the incompetance of our weather forecasters who couldn't forecast the weather from the morning to the start of the afternoon.
