Good resturant service and best hotel breakfast in UK we have had. Pool facitities excellent

“One of the few hotels worth a second visit.”

Lovely hotel in a perfect setting, staff very freindly and eager to please. However, due its location and service it also had many elder visitors who at times made demands on staff at the expense of other guests.

“Nice location with sea view”

Nice seafront location not too far from Falmouth town railway but hilly if walking, sea view rooms are lovely hotel nice and clean. Bar area a little too dark and uninviting. I did not eat there so unable to comment on the food. Avoid room 202, the people above's movements could be heard by me and were like having elephants above also heard when they flushed the loo.Chambermaid a bit keen knocked at 8.45am to clean the room please wait until people are ready to leave if it is still within check out times.I was disappointed with leisure area pool very noisy with children however it was half term but meant sauna and steam was not relaxing. Jucuzzi full of children so ok for families but not so if solo or couple without children. No upgrades for Best western customers offered they did not appear interested on reception. would return but only at a very good rate.

“Needed refurbishment”

It felt like an old people's resdential home with decor and clientele to match this. At breakfast the only thing they ran out of was prunes, which says it all really. We would say that it badly needed renovating, but the next day it burnt to the ground. The rebuilding and refurbishment will no doubt be a massive improvement. Amazing location right on the beach though.
