“be ready to walk hills and slopes”

I can't say if I would or would not recommend this hotel. I had found several things wrong with my room. I did get a breakfast included because of the dissatifaction. The room was ultimately better than what the previous reviews were that i read in late May. The people are nice and will do what they can to make it a good stay for you. I thought the price was too high. Breakfast is not included and you need to be prepared to walk the steps up and down as there are no elevators or 'lifts'. My view was fabulous from my room and the bathroom very nice. Several things hopefully have been better taken care of since I left. Seem to reuse brochures, newspapers, etc... All I will say. As this hotel is in Cobh, Ireland, be prepared to walk up and down a lot of hilly roads.

Area recommendations
Cobh is a beautiful and colorful city. Plenty to do if you have the finances. If you are just interested in taking pictures and enjoying the people and the culture, it's a place that can be totally enjoyed!!!!!!!!!!!!!
