I was very pleased with the quality of service and attention. However - when I read that there was shuttle service - being my first time there - I thought there was a shuttle 24 hrs (as mentioned in the add) that would pick me up. I strongly suggest that Expedia put a note saying that there is a shuttle service AND you HAVE to call to give them details of your arrival and departure. Their shuttle is a taxi that is sent to pick you up arranged by the Hotel. That was very disappointing and if it wasn't for a very kind and amicable police officer who called the hotel, stayed with me to change dollars to local currency and take me to a safe taxi who he explained where I was going - I would have been lost. Please add a note to your Ad on San Pablo hotel to call the taxi and give details of travel - this is for EXPEDIA. Otherwise I had a great time - clean room, kind people and even took a tour of Bogota arranged by the hotel. Will visit again and stay at that hotel.
Nice hotel to do business around US Embassy and corferias some shoping mall around such gran estacion with good food court. I got decent price, but average is little expense. Mini bar prices are so crazy. You'll find out ministores around to buy water and snack
The hotel was good for our needs. Had kitchenette,sperate living room divided by bathroom and closet from the bedroom with king size bed.TV only in the bedroom.very large patio but it looks in to another buildings top floor rooms.no privacy! Has express exito market very close by and some good restaurants also. Small breakfast in the mornings. Coffee and setting area with TV and computers in the lobby. Street parking out front but is easier to take a taxi. It can be hard to flag a taxi down at night you need to call them for pickup. Since it on back streets there is not a lot of road noise at night but planes make there turn very close buy and it can get noisy. It seemed to be most nights not all but being on the top floor you cannot miss it. Overall I stayed in worse places. An upgrade would be insulated windows! Nice staff they took care of us well.
