“Fantastic Hotel!”

It was just great! Hotel is located a short 15 min ride on the bus from the center of Cordoba and is located in a very upscale and beautiful area. Our room was very comfortable with excellent and sparkling clean bathroom. You can pay extra to have a very good hot breakfast in the charming hotel restaurant with a wide variety of fruit and cheeses. Hotel has a tennis court and superior outdoor swimming pool. It is very quite there and you can have a good night sleep. If you are traveling by car, it is very easy to find exits to the nearest highways. Parking is ample and it is free.

“Cordoba's best hotel!”

Excellent facilities and services, staff went out of way to help! Only prob is that there are hardly any shops around, nearest are in city centre! Nevertheless, hotel is highly recommended

“Nice modern hotel not far from attractions”

This was a nice alternative to staying in the old part of Cordoba, if you have a car. Parking at the hotel is free, and it's about a fifteen minute drive to a paid lot just outside the city gate. You don't have to deal with the stress of driving in the crowded streets of the old city. Hotel also had a nice swimming pool that the kids enjoyed.

“Great location and view”

The hotel is just across the roman bridge, on the other side of the river of the historic city of Cordoba. The sight is great, and the roman bridge is a pedestrian brdge. The rooms are large and comfortable.

“loved this hotel!”

We booked a room here for an overnight stay in Cordoba on our driving vacation through Spain. We were VERY pleasantly surprised by the quality of the resort, the service, and our room. Because we had a car, we didn't mind driving a bit out of town to its location. Fortunately, driving through town, there are directional signs for major hotels and it made it easy to find the Occidental (nice neighborhood too). There was plenty of (free) parking and it was very convenient. This is an EXCELLENT property, especially because of the great rate we paid through Expedia. I'd love to go back to Cordoba and stay here again without a doubt.

“Gorgeous”

The hotel is beautiful. The beautiful grounds with a big pool are a huge plus, especially in the summer. It is only a 10-15 minute busride into the center of the city, + a short walk to the Great Mosque and more. Only problem--TV broke, and when working no English stations at all. I'd go back anytime!

“Great Cordoba Hotel”

This hotel had a great location right on the bus line. Route 10 takes you right into town. The grounds and the entry, restaurant and bar area are full of natural light and very night. When we were leaving to go back to the Costa del Sol the person at the desk helped us get us out of town without having to deal with the city center. On a different note Cordoba is a great city and we enjoyed our entire stay.

“Very pleasant hotel somewhat far from the old city”

Very pleasant hotel somewhat far from the old city but in a nice neighborhood, very quiet. The room is spacious, the bath excelent. We have dinner at the restaurant which was wonderful. As it is somewhat far from the old town, it is adviseble to have a car or to get a bus do go there.

“Book this one.”

Great location in a good residential area. The hotel and pool area very well maintained, the grounds and gardens beautiful. The room was quiet and the bed firm and very comfortable. Nice to walk into town as it is all downhill, and a taxi back was only 7 euros. Popular wedding venue, as we checked in on a Sunday lunchtime two parties were checking out phew.

“Perfect oasis in the heat.”

After a delayed and long series of flights we arrived late and were treated with much appreciated hospitality and kindness. It was necessary to move from our room after 2 nights but the Manager made sure we were comfortable and was more than gracious and accommodating.
