“very satisfiied”
The hotel is on a busy square. I asked for a room not on the busy side, and it was nice and quiet. I was very satisfied with my stay there.
“Would stay there again.”
The Square is very well located (in front of the City Hall). You can walk from there to all the most important touristic points. Lots of people will be doing the same, so there is no problem at all! People on front desk were pretty polite and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. It was very easy to take a taxi to the airport, not necessary to book in advance. I would like to stay that again in case I be back to Copenhagen.
“Good hotel”
I had no problems at all with this hotel. I picked it based on location and price. It is a couple of blocks from the main train station in Copenhagen, and within easy walking distance of most of the places we wanted to visit. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and the hotel seemed new. The rooms were a bit small, but it is Europe, and it's not like I was spending a lot of time in the room anyway. I would stay here again.
“Great central location in Copenhagen”
I stayed at the Square in mid-September during a week-long trip to Cophenhagen. It's located in the main square of the city and is within walking distance of everything. The staff all spoke great English and were very helpful. I was alone and so had a very small room but it was clean and comfortable, if not glamorous. The lobby and lobby bar were a little disappointing when compared to the online photos, and there aren't very many great restaurants in this part of Copenhagen, but because of the central location of the hotel, this wasn't a huge issue. I might not recommend this hotel for familiies travelling with children, but it seemed like a perfect business travel location and it was great for me.
“Great location”
The hotel was centrally located and easy to find from the Central Train station. The room was small, if you're travelling with too many bags you'll find it difficult to get around in it. The hotel included a restaurant on the 6th floor where you could have a buffet breakfast. Overall it was a great hotel where I would stay on my return trip to Copenhagen.
“Great hotel in Copenhagen”
Very nice hotel near shopping and attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was bountiful and delicious, and the room had a reasonably large bathroom!
“Unassuming Exterior, Excellent Value”
This was a great hotel. A little unpreposessing on the outside, and hard to find despite its very central location (the square it is on is confusing to navigate), but wonderful breakfast and a nice quiet, clean and comfortable room. It is used a lot by tour groups and gets crowded and the desk staff, while very animated, usually in a friendly and charming way, can get a bit harried and brusque when busy with lines at checkout. The concierge was excellent, however. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone staying in Copenhagen.
“Perfect location!”
Clean, great view from the balcony over Copenhagen square. Across the street from Tivoli, on the same block as the tourist information office which is incredibly helpful. One block from the central train station. At the end of the most famous street in Copenhagen; The Stroget. Employees were patient, cheerful & helpful. Gave great tips for restaraunts.
“Awesome hotel, awesome location”
The Square is a fabulous hotel in a great location. We were in the middle of everything and just a few minutes walk from Nyhavn. The executive room we had was small, but then again, most European hotel rooms are. But, it was still very nice. The bathroom as a decent size. We paid a small charge to upgrade to get a view of the city. It was worth the price (at least it was to us). I would highly recommend The Square.
“would definetley stay again”
The hotel was in a good location. No noise heard -enjoyed a balcony, wi fi faster than in uk. staff excellent.
