“Small rooms but good location”

Rooms very small, but comfortable. Limited space for clothes etc. Location good, close to main station & Tivoli gardens, but away from the noise. Breakfast buffet good - but go early as they run out of things that don't always get replaced.

“Review of Scandic Webers, Copenhagen - Feb 2012”

This hotel is ideally located for visiting Copenhagen. Central for transport, shopping, eating-out...and most of the major sights. Rooms bit basic, but perfectly functional. Very helpful staff. Fantastic buffet breakfast !!

“Small rooms and not a green hotel...”

Good location - promixity to pedestrian area in the center of town and railway station. Claiming to be a "green" hotel is a bit of a joke - it means there's a trash car for recycling in the room and a soap dispenser instead of shampoo/conditioner/moisturizer packs. Rooms are small and the beds are NOT double, rather full size. Fridge in room had drinks missing throughout the stay. Shower only ran on hot...

“Convenient and clean, but definitely not 4-star quality”

The Scandic Webers is extremely convenient for Copenhagen Central station and the Tivoli Gardens. It is not a bad hotel - it is clean and the staff were fine; BUT based on the room we were allocated when we stayed in late June 2011 it is definitely NOT 4-star quality. Our room was tiny! (And that's the opinion of an Englishman not an American!). The room was also sparse (there wasn't any room for a chair or wardrobe/drawers); the bathroom was a 'wet room' - i.e. shower onto the floor (no bath); and there was periodically a very strange noise coming from the ceiling! This is not what you expect from a 4-star hotel (having stayed in many across Europe and America). There was no luxury at all. It also did not compare with the 4-star Scandic that myself and my partner had previously stayed at in Stockholm. Now I appreciate that Copenhagen is an expensive city to visit but this hotel is definitely not worth the rate we paid to stay.

“Broom cupboard sold as a Queen”

The refurbishment on this old warhorse of a hotel is is tired and lacklustre. We bought two queen rooms and both had small double beds. In one room there was barely room for two people. The lavatory in the small bathroom failed on the last day and was not fixed by the time of our departure. Breakfast buffet was very good.

“mixed views...”

hotel is very well located, but the room we stayed in was very small (it felt like one of those cramped ones in tokyo where there wasnt space for 2 towels in the bathroom). in many countries i would suggest it would feel like a 3 star hotel which was well maintained. so for the price paid, well go figure. staff were friendly and nice though and location was great...
