Listed as a luxury hotel, which it may be by Danish standards. Luckily, we had upgrade to junior suite with balcony, sofa and en-suite. If we had a standard room, it would have been far too small.
Breakfast adequate, all cooked well and it has a restaurant, pub and takeaway attached (which we didnt use) which were busy all the time. Seems popular for business users, and functions. We had to listen to music blaring from a wedding downstairs until 3am, when I complained. The hotel discounted our bill for the one nights disturbance, which was kind, but felt we should have been made aware when we booked, as with the charge of 4% for using a foreign credit card. None of this is mentioned by Expedia either.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the entrance to Copenhagen Central station was about 100 metres, and the distance to Tivoli which was the reason we went to Copenhagen was also about 100 metres from the hotel. We had a wonderful view of the joyrides in Tivoli from our bedroom window especially after it had gone dark. When my wife went to Tivoli the first time, about 1965, it was more like a large park. Nowadays there isn't a square metre left. There are so many restaurants one is spoilt for choice. The joy rides are many and well used. We also managed to see 'The Nutcracker' ballet there at the concert hall.
"Excellent location. Nearly Direct Line to airport"
Overall excellent although I would have expected to have been shown to my room. I had some initial difficulties with using the card to get the lift going. When I asked for help I would have expected the person to have gone with me, since there were no other guests in the lobby at the time. That did not happen and the person's attitude was too casual for my liking.
On the other hand, when it checked out I was very happy with the service. I left my suitcase for a couple of hours and when I came to collect it after a couple of hours a very curteous and willing young man helped me all the way.
I will return!
If you want an anonymous samey business hotel this is not for you! But if you want a friendly comfortable place to stay where you don't wake up wondering which country you are in then stay here. The decor is different and the staff friendly but efficient and the Networking Event held every evening Monday-Thursday is a great way for people to meet in a relaxed environment and the drinks are on the house. The two restaurants on site, whilst not owned by the hotel provide excellent food.
Breakfast is a great approach- yogurt , juice, cheese and jam in the fridge with warm rolls delivered in the morning! It is about a five minute walk from the train station. With the construction we had to do a detour around the site to get to the hotel but it was not a problem and adds less than a minute to the walk. The street was quiet as a result dince there is almost no car traffic.

Good location. Basic interior, but got all that is needed for a pleasant stay. However part of the description of the flat is misleading.
There is no fitness facility or indoor swimming pool in the building. They are referring to the local council pool/gym about 5-10 min walk from the flat. They don’t accept any cards, only cash. You are required to pay upfront in cash upon arrival (was frogmarched to cash point – however in a friendly manner).
Had a pleasant stay and I would consider staying in the flat again, but I would strongly recommend they corrected the description of the flat.

"Modern hotel 5 minutes walk from the city centre"
From the moment we walked in to the hotel the staff couldn't of been any more helpful. It is a very modern, clean and tidy hotel which is situated centrally to most attractions as well as the main train station, I would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone that asked me.
