“Building site!”

This hotel was undergoing extensive refurbishment during our stay. There was no mention of this on the web site to pre warn us prior to our visit. We were woken up every day with the exception of Sunday with drilling and noisy workmen outside our room and the communual areas of the hotel were messy with cables and step ladders everywhere. We didn't complain but maybe we should have! Our room was one of the refurbed rooms which was actually very nice and comfortable. The restaurant offered a basic menu and was expensive. The breakfasts were excellent. The gym was excellent however there were lose witres near the pool area which I didn't think was very safe! Location excellent near the metro and near the triathlon event we went to participate in. Laid on a special menu for the group one evening

“Remodeling”

This hotel is in the midst of major remodeling and the lobby is full of dust which got in my eyes. The workers started work very early in the morning which precluded us from sleeping late. The mattress on the bed was very soft and lumpy. The heavy blanket on the queen bed was for one person only. Another blanket had to be taken out of a cabinet for the second person.

“A non-smokers nightmare”

This hotel has a number of advantages - right next to the Metro station with easy access to the center of Copenhagen as well as the airport; breakfast is outstanding; in walking distance of the beach. Unfortunately the negatives far outweigh the positives: the hotel is undergoing MAJOR construction; expensive; wifi doesn't quite work as advertised; did not honor our reservation of non-smoking rooms; noisy and smelly.

“Hotel under full reconstruction”

This hotel is under full re-construction, and just finding the front entrance was a challenge in the dark, and out sid eof my room window was the full working scaffolding, so durign teh the day there was privacy unless you kept your windows closed and curtains drawn shut . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until the re-construction is finished

“Being built, but has ideal location”

The Park Inn is currently undergoing a massive refurbishment. There is scaffolding everywhere and the plumbing leaves a lot to be desired as our room flooded from the drain in the floor everytime we used the sink tap. However, when the hotel is built it has an ideal location. Just 5mins on metro to the airport and 10mins to the city centre on the metro. So I would say wait another 12months and this will be a great hotel for a short visit to Copenhagen. But for now AVOID!

“Airport Hotel”

All in all, a good airport hotel. 2 stops on the metro (which we weren't expecting for an airport hotel??) and quite soul-less but then, it was perfect for what we wanted. Arrived at the airport late and didn't want to travel into Copenhagen that evening so booked into Park Inn. Friendly staff, clean hotel, nice food in restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast), Pool & Sauna fine. Nothing special about it as a hotel (so, no reason to return), but certainly no reason not to stay there again.

“Sconsigliato”

I lavori di cui tutti parlano erano finiti, così speravo di non trovarmi male... invece: camere minuscole, letti affossati, tubazioni arruginite a vista, disorganizzazione, ecc., ecc. sei stato avvertito...poi non lamentarti.

“Hotel unter Renovierung !”

Die Lage des Hotels war für mich perfekt:. Obwohl ich wußte, es wurde renoviert, groß war die Enttäuschung. Nicht nur wohnte ich auf einer Baustelle, aber nichts ist getan, um die Lärm, Schmutz zu kompensieren - die Preise sind sehr hoch !!! Dias Zimmer ist sehr sparsam eingerichtet, keine Badematte, kein Föhn (nur an der Rezeption)kein Café, kein Tee... Das einzige Positive war das Personal besonders in der Rezeption, obwohl überfordert - meistens eine einzige Person - blieben die Leute immer behilflich und sehr nett:

“unterdurchschnittliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis”

Das beste am Hotel ist die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro-Station Femoren, von man nur 10 Minuten in die Stadt benötigt. Auch das Frühstücksbuffett ist in positiver Erinnerung geblieben - es ist zwar nicht üppig, m.a.W. die Auswahl hält sich in Grenzen, dafür aber schmackhaft und "skandinavisch gut". Außerdem war der Internetzugang über W-Lan auch im Zimmer inklusive. Weniger gefallen hat die Größe und der Zustand der Zimmer. Ich war noch nie in einem Airport-Hotel (das zudem noch einer bekannten Hotelkette angehört), in der die Zimmer derart klein und unkomfortabel sind. Im Badezimmer gab es keinen Fön, die Zimmer sind schlecht belüftet, von den Türrahmen blättert der Lack ab, die Hotelflure sind so eng und flach, dass sie bedrückend wirken. Auch das Personal - wenngleich das auch ein mehrfaches Versehen sein kann - strahlt weniger Gastlichkeit als eher "skandinavische Unterkühltheit" aus. Hoffnungsvoll kann man in die Zukunft blicken: Das Hotel wird gerade umfassend renoviert, weswegen der Blick aus dem Hotelzimmer zwar leider von einem Baugerüst versperrt war, allerdings die oben beschriebenen Mängel demnächst abgestellt werden sollten. Für meinen Aufenthalt muss die Bewertung - insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund des stolzen Preises - aber negativ ausfallen. Aufgefangen wird dieser Missmut über eine absolut sehenswerte und für einen Wochenendbesuch lohnende Stadt.
